3. Setup
Unpacking and Initial Placement:
Your Dreo Desk Fan DR-HAF002 comes fully assembled and ready to use straight out of the box. Simply place it on a stable, flat surface such as a desk, table, or floor.
Wall Mounting (Optional):
For optimal air circulation or to save space, the fan can be wall-mounted. Use the included plastic anchors and screws for secure installation. A user manual with detailed wall-mounting instructions is provided in the box.
4. Operating Instructions
The fan can be operated using the touch controls on its base or via the included remote control.
Controls:
- Power (On/Off): Press the power button to turn the fan on or off.
- Fan Speed (1-3 Levels): Adjust the fan speed using the knob control on the base or the +/- buttons on the remote.
- Adjustable Tilt: Manually adjust the fan head within a 120° range (from -30° to 90°) to direct airflow as needed.
- Oscillation: The fan features horizontal oscillation to distribute air across a wider area. Activate or deactivate this function via the touch controls or remote.
- Timer (0-8 Hours): Set a timer for the fan to automatically turn off after a specified duration.
- Mode (Normal/Auto): Select between normal continuous operation or an automatic mode that adjusts fan speed based on room temperature.
- Mute Button: Mute the button press sounds for quiet operation.

5. Maintenance
Cleaning the Fan:
To ensure optimal performance and fresh air, regular cleaning of your fan is recommended. The fan is designed with easily removable parts for convenient cleaning.
- Step 1: Unplug the fan from the power outlet.
- Step 2: Unscrew the fan grille.
- Step 3: Carefully remove the front grille and fan blades.
- Step 4: Wash the removable parts with mild soap and water. Ensure they are completely dry before reassembling.
- Step 5: Wipe down the main body of the fan with a soft, damp cloth.
- Step 6: Reassemble all parts securely.

6. Troubleshooting

- Fan does not turn on: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Check if the power button has been pressed.
- Weak airflow: Increase the fan speed setting. Ensure the fan grille and blades are clean and free of dust buildup.
- Unusual noise: Turn off and unplug the fan. Check for any obstructions in the fan blades or grille. Ensure all parts are securely reassembled after cleaning.
- Remote control not working: Check the remote control batteries. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the fan's sensor.
