Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Beetel X75 phone, refer to the following common solutions:
- No Dial Tone: Ensure the telephone line cord is securely connected to both the base unit and the wall jack. Check if the power adapter is properly connected and plugged into a working outlet.
- Handset Out of Range: If you hear an out-of-range warning tone or see a message on the display, move closer to the base unit. The 2.4Ghz digital technology provides a good range, but obstacles can interfere.

- Low Battery Warning: Place the handset on the base unit to charge. Ensure the charging contacts are clean and making proper connection.
- Incomplete Caller ID Display: Some network providers or older systems may not transmit full caller ID information. Ensure your service supports full 10-digit caller ID.
- Low Ringer/Handset Volume: Adjust the ringer volume through the menu settings and the in-call volume using the VOL ▲/▼ buttons during a call.
- Phone Becomes Hot While Charging: It is normal for electronic devices to generate some heat during charging. If the phone becomes excessively hot, disconnect it from power and contact customer support.
