5. Setup
- Charge the Device: Before first use, fully charge the massager using the provided Type-C USB cable. The charging port is located on the device. A full charge ensures optimal wireless operation.
- Positioning:
- Place the massager around your neck, ensuring the massage nodes are positioned comfortably on the desired area (neck, shoulders, upper back).
- For hands-free use, connect the back clasp and adjust the straps for a secure and comfortable fit. This allows the massager to stay in place without needing to hold the arm straps.
- Alternatively, you can hold the arm straps to apply additional pressure or adjust the position during the massage.

6. Operating Instructions
- Power On/Off: Press and hold the power button (⏻) to turn the massager on or off. The indicator light will illuminate when the device is active.
- Select Massage Mode: Press the 'M' button to switch between the two available massage modes:
- Mode 1: Continuous Massage (Default)
- Mode 2: Intermittent Massage
- Adjust Intensity: Press the intensity button (||) to cycle through the two intensity levels (low and high).
- Activate Heat Function: Press the heat button (∿) to turn the soothing heat therapy on or off. The heat indicator light will show when the function is active. The massager offers selectable heating temperatures (e.g., 100°F, 115°F).
- Automatic Shut-off: The massager is equipped with a 10-minute auto-off timer to prevent overuse and ensure safety.
