Introduction
This manual provides essential instructions for the safe assembly, operation, and maintenance of your AODI K1 Reversible Baby Stroller. Please read all instructions carefully before use and retain this manual for future reference. This stroller is designed to provide comfort and safety for children from 6 to 36 months, supporting a maximum weight of 50 pounds (22 kg).
Key features include a reversible seat, adjustable backrest, large storage basket, shock-absorbing wheels, and a 5-point safety harness.
Setup
1. Unfolding the Stroller
To unfold the stroller, ensure all locking mechanisms are disengaged. Hold the handle firmly and lift upwards until the frame clicks into place, indicating it is fully open and locked. Verify that all parts are securely fastened before placing a child in the stroller.

2. Attaching/Reversing the Seat
The seat is designed to be reversible. To change the seat direction, locate the release buttons on both sides of the seat unit near the frame. Press these buttons and lift the seat off the frame. Realign the seat in the desired direction (forward-facing or parent-facing) and press down until it clicks securely into place on both sides. Always ensure the seat is fully engaged before use.
3. Installing the Armrest
The safety armrest can be removed for easier access. To install, align the armrest with the slots on either side of the seat and push until it clicks. To remove, press the release buttons on the armrest and pull it away from the seat.

4. Adjusting the 5-Point Safety Harness
Place your child in the seat and fasten the 5-point harness. Adjust the shoulder straps and waist straps to ensure a snug but comfortable fit. The harness should be tight enough so that you cannot pinch any excess webbing at your child's shoulder. Ensure the crotch strap is also properly positioned.
Operating Instructions
1. Adjusting the Backrest
The backrest can be adjusted to multiple recline positions, allowing your child to sit upright, recline slightly, or lie flat for naps. Locate the recline adjustment mechanism, typically a lever or strap system behind the seat, and adjust to the desired angle. Ensure the backrest is securely locked in position before use.
2. Using the Brakes
The stroller is equipped with a one-touch brake lever on the rear wheels. To engage the brake, press down on the foot pedal located near the rear wheels. To release, lift the pedal upwards. Always engage the brake when the stroller is stationary to prevent accidental movement.
3. Maneuvering the Stroller
The front wheels are designed to swivel 360 degrees for easy maneuverability. For navigating tight spaces or making sharp turns, allow the front wheels to swivel freely. For travel over rougher terrain or for a straight path, the front wheels can be locked into a fixed forward position (refer to specific wheel lock mechanism if present on your model).
4. Adjusting the Canopy
The large, retractable canopy provides protection from sun and wind. Adjust the canopy by pulling it forward or pushing it back. It includes a breathable skylight for parent visibility and a hidden sleep curtain for privacy and insect protection during naps.
Maintenance
1. Cleaning
- Fabric Parts: Clean fabric parts with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not use harsh detergents or bleach. Allow to air dry completely.
- Frame: Wipe the aluminum and iron frame with a soft, damp cloth. Dry thoroughly to prevent rust.
- Plastic Parts: Clean plastic components with a damp cloth.
2. Wheel Care
Regularly check the wheels for debris and clean as necessary. Lubricate moving parts of the wheels and axles periodically with a silicone-based lubricant to ensure smooth operation. Ensure brakes are functioning correctly.
3. Storage
When not in use, store the stroller in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure the stroller is clean and dry before storage to prevent mold or mildew.
Troubleshooting
- Stroller does not fold/unfold smoothly: Ensure all locking mechanisms are disengaged. Check for any obstructions in the folding mechanism. Apply a small amount of silicone lubricant to moving joints if stiffness persists.
- Wheels are stiff or squeaky: Clean any debris from the wheel axles. Lubricate the wheel axles and moving parts with a silicone-based lubricant.
- Seat not locking into place: Ensure the seat is correctly aligned with the frame attachment points. Press down firmly until you hear a click on both sides. Check for any obstructions preventing full engagement.
- Brakes not engaging/disengaging: Check for debris around the brake mechanism. Ensure the brake lever is fully pressed or lifted. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
