5. Care and Maintenance
5.1. Cleaning the Screen Surface
To clean the screen surface, gently wipe it with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or excessive force, as this may damage the screen material.
5.2. Handling Creases
Note: Some screens may develop creases during use. This is normal and usually reduces gradually over time. In some cases, minor creases may not disappear completely. This does not typically affect the screen's performance or image quality.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your WUPRO projector screen, please refer to the following common troubleshooting tips:
- Screen not responding: Ensure the power cable is securely connected and the power outlet is functional. Check the remote control batteries.
- Screen not retracting/deploying fully: The automatic leveling system may cause a slight over-extension (approx. 5 cm) when fully deployed; this is normal. If the screen stops unexpectedly, check for obstructions.
- Image quality issues: Ensure your projector is compatible with this screen type (not for ultra-short-throw projectors). Adjust projector settings for optimal focus and alignment.
