2. Safety Information

Please read all safety warnings and instructions carefully before assembly and use. Failure to follow these instructions may result in injury or damage to the product.

• Always assemble the bed frame on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.
• Ensure all bolts and screws are securely tightened before use. Periodically check and re-tighten as needed.
• Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity for the hydraulic lift mechanism (130 lbs).
• Keep hands and fingers clear of moving parts when operating the lift mechanism.
• Children should not operate the lift mechanism without adult supervision.
• Do not stand or jump on the bed frame.

4. Setup and Assembly

The Rolanstar bed frame is designed for quick and easy installation. Each part is clearly labeled for convenient assembly. Follow the step-by-step instructions provided in your physical assembly guide.

1. Unpack all components and lay them out on a clean, soft surface.
2. Identify all parts using the provided labels and the assembly diagram.
3. Begin by assembling the headboard, attaching the upholstered panels and installing the charging station and LED lights.
4. Assemble the footboard and side rails, connecting them to the headboard.
5. Install the hydraulic lifting mechanism and the internal support frame. Ensure the lifter is installed correctly, with the thick end pointing upwards as shown in the diagram.
6. Place the wooden slats onto the support frame, ensuring they are evenly spaced and secured.
7. Connect the power adapter for the charging station and LED lights.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Lift-Up Storage Mechanism

The bed frame features a hydraulic lift system for easy access to under-bed storage.

• To Open: Gently lift the mattress frame from the foot end using the handheld lifting strap. The hydraulic mechanism will assist in raising the bed base.
• To Close: Hold the iron pipe of the frame and press down firmly and evenly until the bed base is fully lowered and latched. Do not release until it is fully closed.
• Ensure the mattress is properly positioned on the anti-falling device to prevent slipping when the bed is lifted.

5.2. Charging Station

The headboard is equipped with a built-in charging station for your convenience.

• The charging station includes 2 USB ports (5V/2.4A) and 1 USB-C port (5V/3A).
• Plug the bed frame's power cord into a standard wall outlet.
• Connect your devices to the appropriate USB or USB-C ports for charging.

5.3. RGB LED Lights

Enhance your bedroom ambiance with the integrated RGB LED lights on the headboard and footboard.

• The LED lights can be controlled via a smart controller located on the headboard or through a dedicated mobile application.
• Choose from 12 scene modes, 3 speed levels, and 3 brightness levels to customize your lighting experience.
• Explore over 60,000 colors, mic mode, music mode, and timing mode for dynamic lighting effects.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance will help prolong the life and appearance of your bed frame.

• Cleaning: Wipe down the frame with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. For upholstered parts, use a fabric cleaner suitable for the material.
• Hardware Check: Periodically check all bolts and screws to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten if necessary to maintain stability and prevent noise.
• Slat Inspection: Ensure all wooden slats are securely in place and free from damage. Replace any broken slats immediately.
