Introduction
This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and proper installation and operation of your WALI Dual Monitor Wall Mount, Model 012ARM-38. Please read all instructions carefully before assembly and use. If you have any questions, please contact WALI customer support.
Important Safety Information
WARNING: Failure to read and follow all instructions can result in personal injury or property damage.
- Do not install into drywall alone. The mount must be secured into a wood stud, concrete wall, or brick wall.
- Ensure the mounting surface can safely support the combined weight of the mount and your monitors.
- Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 19.8 lbs (9 kg) per arm.
- This mount is designed for monitors between 17 and 38 inches with VESA mounting patterns of 75x75mm or 100x100mm.
- Use a stud finder to locate wood studs accurately. For concrete or brick walls, use appropriate anchors (not included).
- Always use a level to ensure the mount is installed straight.

Setup and Installation
Step 1: Prepare the Wall
- Use a stud finder to locate a suitable wood stud in your desired mounting location. For concrete or brick walls, ensure you have appropriate masonry anchors and drill bits.
- Hold the wall plate against the wall at the desired height and use a pencil to mark the drilling locations. Use a level to ensure the plate is perfectly horizontal.
- Drill pilot holes at the marked locations. The size of the drill bit will depend on your wall type and the screws provided in the hardware kit.
- Secure the wall plate to the wall using the provided screws. Ensure it is firmly attached.

Step 2: Assemble the Monitor Bar
- Attach the main horizontal bar to the secured wall plate. Use the provided screws and Allen wrench to tighten the connections.
- Ensure all connections are secure before proceeding.
Step 3: Attach VESA Plates to Monitors
- Carefully place your monitor face down on a soft, clean surface.
- Align the VESA mounting plate with the mounting holes on the back of your monitor (75x75mm or 100x100mm).
- Use the appropriate screws and washers from the hardware kit to secure the VESA plate to the monitor. Do not overtighten.
Step 4: Mount Monitors to the Arm
- With assistance, carefully lift each monitor and slide its VESA plate onto the ends of the horizontal bar.
- Secure the monitors in place using the provided cap nuts or locking mechanisms.

Operating and Adjustment
Monitor Distance Adjustment
The horizontal bar allows for adjustment of the distance between monitors. The maximum distance between the centers of the VESA plates is approximately 37.4 inches, and the minimum is 25.2 inches.

Tilt, Swivel, and Rotation
- Tilt: Adjust the monitor tilt from +45° to -45° to find your optimal viewing angle.
- Swivel: Swivel each monitor +15° to -15° horizontally.
- Rotation: Rotate the monitors 360° for portrait or landscape orientation.

Cable Management
Utilize the provided cable clips to route and organize your monitor cables along the arms for a clean and clutter-free workspace.
Maintenance
- Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight and secure.
- Clean the mount with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
Troubleshooting
- Monitors are not level: Ensure the wall plate is perfectly level during installation. Fine-tune monitor tilt adjustments if necessary.
- Mount feels unstable: Recheck all mounting screws and connections. Ensure the mount is securely fastened to a structural element (wood stud, concrete, or brick). Verify that monitor weights do not exceed the maximum capacity.
- Difficulty adjusting monitor position: Check if any adjustment screws are overtightened. Loosen slightly to allow for movement, then re-tighten to hold position.
