Thank you for choosing the Sounarc Q1 Earbuds. This manual provides detailed instructions on how to set up, operate, and maintain your earbuds to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Please read this manual carefully before using the product and retain it for future reference.

Familiarize yourself with the components of your Sounarc Q1 Earbuds:

• Earbuds: Left (L) and Right (R) earbuds with touch control areas.
• Charging Case: Houses and charges the earbuds, with a charging indicator light and USB-C port.
• Microphone: Integrated into each earbud for calls and voice commands.

Setup

Initial Charging

1. Before first use, place both earbuds into the charging case.
2. Connect the USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and the other end to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
3. The indicator light on the charging case will illuminate to show charging status. Allow the case and earbuds to fully charge.

Pairing with Your Device

1. Ensure the earbuds are charged.
2. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
3. On your smartphone or Bluetooth-enabled device, go to Bluetooth settings.
4. Search for "SOUNARC Q1" in the list of available devices and select it to connect.
5. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone, and the earbuds will be ready for use.

Note: After initial pairing, the earbuds will automatically connect to your device when you open the charging case, provided Bluetooth is enabled on your device.

Operating Instructions

Touch Controls

The Sounarc Q1 Earbuds feature intuitive touch controls on each earbud. The following table outlines the functions:

Voice Access

To activate your device's voice assistant (e.g., Siri, Google Assistant), simply triple-tap either earbud. This allows for hands-free control of your device.

Charging

Earbud Charging

Place the earbuds into the charging case. They will automatically begin charging. The indicator light on the case will show the charging status.

Case Charging

Connect the charging case to a power source using the provided USB-C cable. The indicator light will show the charging progress. A full charge provides approximately 28 hours of total playtime with the case, including 6 hours on a single earbud charge.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to clean the earbuds and charging case. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Storage: When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them and keep them charged.
• Water Resistance: The earbuds are IPX4 waterproof, meaning they are resistant to splashing water from any direction. Do not submerge them in water.
• Temperature: Avoid exposing the earbuds to extreme temperatures (hot or cold) or high humidity.

Troubleshooting

• Earbuds not pairing:
  • Ensure both earbuds are charged.
  • Turn off Bluetooth on your device and turn it back on.
  • Forget "SOUNARC Q1" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
  • Place earbuds back in the case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open to reset.
• No sound from one earbud:
  • Ensure both earbuds are charged.
  • Try placing both earbuds back in the case and taking them out again.
  • Check if the earbud's speaker mesh is blocked by debris.
• Charging issues:
  • Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source.
  • Try a different USB-C cable or power adapter.
  • Clean the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case with a dry cotton swab.
