• Samsung S21 / Samsung Note20 Ultra: A USB drive must be connected to the dock before connecting the phone. Additionally, the USB drive and Power Delivery (PD) cannot be used simultaneously.
• Phone Case Thickness: For optimal stability and connection, the dock only supports phone cases with a thickness of 3mm or less.
