Setup & Installation
Follow these steps carefully to install your Waterdrop TSU-WB system. Ensure you have all required tools and components before starting.
Pre-Installation Checks:
- Verify sufficient space under your sink for the system (14.81"L x 4.68"W x 13.97"H).
- Confirm your water supply is municipal tap water and cold water only.
- Prepare a drill with a 1-inch drill bit for the faucet hole.
Installation Steps:
- Shut Off Water Supply: Locate and turn off the cold water supply valve under your sink. Turn on your kitchen faucet to release any remaining water pressure.
- Install Feed Water Adapter: Disconnect the cold water pipe from the cold water supply valve. Twist the provided feed water adapter (with its washer) onto the cold water supply valve and tighten with an adjustable wrench. If your cold water pipe is 1/2", unscrew the two converters from the feed water adapter first. Then, twist the cold water pipe (with its washer) onto the feed water adapter and tighten with an adjustable wrench.
- Install Faucet: Drill a 1-inch hole in your countertop at the desired location for the faucet. Insert the faucet spout into the faucet body, then insert the faucet assembly through the drilled hole. Secure it from underneath the sink using the mounting washer and nut.
- Install Batteries: Open the battery box on the system. Install 3 AA batteries, ensuring they are inserted starting from the negative side to avoid damaging the spring wire. Close the battery box. The system will beep, and filter life indicators will flash blue, purple, and then stay on blue for 10 seconds before entering energy-saving mode.
- Connect Tubing:
- Inlet Water Tubing: Connect the inlet water tubing (3/8" PE Tubing) from the feed water adapter to the system's "IN" port. Ensure it's fully inserted until you reach the mark on the tubing, then pop the lock clip on the fitting.
- Outlet Water Tubing: Connect the outlet water tubing (1/4" PE Tubing) from the faucet to the system's "OUT" port. Ensure it's fully inserted until you reach the mark on the tubing, then pop the lock clip on the fitting.
- Start Up the System: Slowly turn on the cold water supply valve. Check for any leaks. Turn on the newly installed faucet to flush the system for 10 minutes. The indicators will flash blue during flushing. After flushing, the indicators will go out within 10 seconds.

Operating Instructions
The Waterdrop TSU-WB system is designed for simple operation and provides clear indicators for maintenance.
Dispensing Water:
- To dispense filtered water, simply turn the handle on the dedicated faucet.
- The system provides instant filtration with a stable flow for drinking and cooking.
Smart Panel Indicators:
The system features a smart panel with LED indicators for filter life and battery status. To check the status, lightly touch any of the filter reset buttons (PP, UF, CT).
- Filter Life Indicators (PP, UF, CT):
- Blue Light: Filter life is good (over 15 days remaining).
- Purple Light: Filter is nearing expiration (less than 15 days remaining). This light will be on when the faucet is turned on.
- Red Light: Filter is fully expired and needs immediate replacement. This light will be on while the faucet is turned on.
- Battery Life Indicator:
- Blue Light Flashing: Battery service life is less than 5 days.
- No Light: Batteries are powered out or not installed correctly.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and water quality from your Waterdrop TSU-WB system.
Filter Replacement:
The system features a "Twist and Pull" design for easy, tool-free filter replacement. You do not need to shut off the water supply to change filters.
- PP Filter (Pre-Sediment): Replace every 6 months.
- CT Filter (Carbon Block): Replace every 12 months.
- UF Filter (Ultrafiltration): Replace every 24 months.
After replacing a filter, flush the system by running water from the faucet for 5 minutes (for PP and CT filters) or 10 minutes (for UF filter). The corresponding indicator will flash blue during flushing and then turn off.

Battery Replacement:
When the battery indicator flashes blue, it's time to replace the 3 AA batteries. While the system cannot record usage time and filtered water amount during battery power-out, replacing them promptly ensures accurate filter replacement reminders.
Troubleshooting
