5. Troubleshooting
This section addresses common issues you might encounter with your eufy X10 Pro Omni.
5.1 Common Issues and Solutions
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Robot gets stuck frequently. | Loose cables, small objects, low furniture clearance. | Tidy up floor, secure cables. For low furniture, set a No-Go Zone in the app if clearance is less than 12 cm. |
| Poor mopping performance / streaks. | First use on heavily soiled floors, insufficient water, dirty mop pads. | Run vacuum-only mode first. Increase water level in app. Run multiple times. Replace mop cloths every 3 months. |
| Hair tangles on main brush. | High pet hair volume, infrequent cleaning. | Use Turbo/Max suction. Increase dust collection frequency. Clean main brush weekly using the included cleaning tool. |
| Robot not connecting to Wi-Fi. | Incorrect Wi-Fi band, weak signal. | Ensure you are connecting to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Move the Omni Station closer to your router. |
