1. Setup
Before first use, carefully unpack all components and ensure no parts are missing or damaged. Place the kettle base on a stable, flat, and dry surface away from heat sources and water.
Initial Cleaning
Wash the interior of the kettle and the lid with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly. Fill the kettle with fresh water to the MAX fill line, boil the water, and then discard it. Repeat this process 2-3 times to remove any manufacturing residues. Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth.

2. Operating Instructions
Filling the Kettle
Remove the lid and fill the kettle with fresh, cold water. Do not fill below the MIN mark or above the MAX fill line indicated inside the kettle. Overfilling may cause boiling water to spill out.
Powering On and Off
Place the kettle securely on its power base. Ensure the lid is properly closed. Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet. Press the power switch located on the base to begin heating. The indicator light will illuminate. The kettle will automatically shut off once the water reaches boiling point, and the indicator light will turn off.

Rapid Boiling and Auto Shut-Off
The 1000W heating element ensures rapid boiling, typically within 3-7 minutes depending on water volume. For safety, the kettle features an automatic shut-off function that activates when water boils, when the kettle is lifted from the base, or if dry-boil protection is triggered.

Precision Pouring
The gooseneck spout is designed for precise control over water flow and pouring speed, making it ideal for pour-over coffee, tea, and other applications requiring accurate dispensing.

3. Maintenance
Cleaning
Always unplug the kettle and allow it to cool completely before cleaning. Hand wash the interior with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge. Rinse thoroughly. Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the kettle base or power cord in water.
Descaling
Over time, mineral deposits (limescale) may build up inside the kettle, especially in hard water areas. To descale, fill the kettle with a mixture of equal parts water and white vinegar (or a commercial descaling solution). Bring to a boil and let it soak for at least 30 minutes, or longer for heavy buildup. Empty the kettle and rinse thoroughly several times with fresh water. Boil fresh water 2-3 times and discard to remove any residual vinegar taste.
4. Troubleshooting
- Kettle not heating: Ensure the kettle is properly seated on the base and the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Check if the power switch is pressed down.
- Water not boiling: Verify that the water level is above the MIN mark. If the kettle has been recently used, allow it to cool slightly before restarting.
- Automatic shut-off not working: If the kettle does not shut off automatically, immediately unplug it. Do not use the kettle until it has been inspected by a qualified technician.
- Unusual odors or tastes: Perform the initial cleaning and boiling steps again. Ensure no foreign objects are inside the kettle.
