1. Important Safety Information
Read all instructions carefully before assembly and use. Failure to follow these instructions may result in product damage, property damage, or personal injury.
- Wind Conditions: This carport is designed for use under Beaufort scale 5 or lower wind conditions. In windy areas, additional anchoring such as sandbags, concrete weights, and guylines are strongly recommended to prevent movement or collapse.
- Fire Hazard: Keep the carport away from naked flames, heaters, and other ignition sources. The canopy material is not fireproof.
- Snow Load: The maximum recommended snow load capacity is 33 lb/m². Clear snow accumulation promptly to prevent structural damage.
- Assembly: Assembly requires 2-3 individuals and approximately 2 hours. Do not attempt to assemble alone.
- Site Selection: Choose a level, stable surface for installation. Ensure adequate clearance around the carport.
- Inspection: Regularly inspect all components for wear, damage, or loose connections. Replace damaged parts immediately.
2. Package Contents
Verify that all parts are present before beginning assembly. If any parts are missing or damaged, contact customer service.

3. Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps for proper assembly. Refer to the included manual for detailed diagrams.
- Unpack and Identify Parts: Lay out all components and identify them using the parts list in the separate manual.
- Assemble the Base Frame: Connect the base poles using the appropriate connectors. Ensure all connections are secure.
- Erect Vertical Poles: Attach the vertical support poles to the base frame.
- Install Roof Structure: Assemble the roof frame using the remaining poles and connectors. Lift and secure the roof frame onto the vertical poles.
- Attach Canopy: Carefully drape the 180g PE canopy over the assembled frame. Ensure it is centered and evenly distributed. Secure the canopy to the frame using the provided fasteners (e.g., bungee cords, straps).
- Install Doors and Windows: Attach the four roll-up doors and four ventilated windows to their designated positions on the canopy. Ensure zippers and fasteners operate smoothly.
- Anchor the Carport: Securely anchor the carport to the ground using stakes, ropes, or other appropriate anchoring methods suitable for your ground type and local weather conditions.

4. Operating Instructions
This section details the use of the carport's features.
- Roll-up Doors: The carport features four roll-up doors. To open, unzip the door and roll it upwards, securing it with the attached straps or buckles. To close, unfasten the straps and roll the door down, then zip it securely.
- Ventilated Windows: The four ventilated mesh windows can be rolled up or down to adjust airflow and light. Secure them in the desired position using the integrated fasteners.
- Securing Contents: Ensure any vehicles, boats, or equipment stored inside are properly secured and positioned to prevent contact with the carport structure or canopy.

5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and performance of your carport.
- Canopy Cleaning: Clean the PE canopy periodically with mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that could damage the material. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry.
- Frame Inspection: Annually inspect the galvanized steel frame for rust, bending, or loose connections. Tighten any loose bolts or replace damaged poles.
- Zipper Care: Keep zippers clean and lubricated with a silicone-based spray to ensure smooth operation and prevent sticking or damage.
- Anchoring Check: Periodically check the ground anchors and guylines for tightness and integrity, especially after strong winds or heavy precipitation.
- Weather Preparedness: In anticipation of severe weather (heavy snow, strong winds), consider temporarily disassembling the canopy or reinforcing anchoring points.
6. Troubleshooting
This section addresses common issues you might encounter.
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Canopy tearing or ripping | Excessive wind, snow load, improper tension, sharp edges on frame. | Ensure proper anchoring and tension. Clear snow promptly. Inspect frame for sharp points. Consider additional reinforcement in high-wind areas. |
| Zippers sticking or breaking | Dirt, lack of lubrication, excessive force. | Clean zippers regularly. Apply silicone lubricant. Operate zippers gently. |
| Carport instability or movement | Insufficient anchoring, loose frame connections, uneven ground. | Verify all frame connections are tight. Ensure adequate ground anchoring for local conditions. Install on a level surface. |
| Water pooling on canopy | Improper canopy tension, sagging frame. | Adjust canopy tension to ensure a taut surface. Check frame for any bending or damage. |
