2.2 Installation Guidelines

2.3 Grate Orientation Adjustment

The clips holding the grate can be removed by inserting the leg of one clip into the hole of another clip to leverage it out.

5. Ensure all components are clean before reinserting the hair strainer and replacing the drain grate.

Caution: Avoid using abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the stainless steel finish.

5.1 Slow Drainage

• Check for Clogs: The most common cause of slow drainage is a clogged hair strainer or debris in the drain channel. Refer to Section 4.1 for cleaning instructions.
• Inspect Drain Pipe: If the strainer and channel are clear, there might be a clog further down the drain pipe. Professional plumbing assistance may be required.
• Verify Slope: Ensure the shower floor has the recommended 2% slope towards the drain. Improper slope can lead to water pooling and slow drainage. This should be addressed during installation.
