Setup and First Use
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
- Cleaning: Before first use, wash the mixing bowl, dough hook, beater, whisk, and splash guard in warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth.
- Placement: Place the stand mixer on a clean, dry, flat, and stable surface. Ensure the suction feet are securely attached to the countertop for stability.
- Attaching the Bowl: Place the mixing bowl onto the base and turn it clockwise until it locks into position.
- Attaching Accessories:
- Ensure the mixer is unplugged.
- Press the tilt-head release button (often activated by elbow, see Figure 3) and lift the motor head.
- Insert the desired attachment (dough hook, beater, or whisk) into the attachment shaft. Push upwards and turn counter-clockwise until it locks.
- Lower the motor head until it clicks into place.
- Connecting to Power: Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions
The CHEFREE M500 features a digital touch screen for precise control over mixing speed and time.
Digital Touch Screen Controls:

- Power Button: Press to turn the mixer on/off.
- Speed Adjustment (+/-): Adjusts the mixing speed from 1 to 10.
- Timer Adjustment (+/-): Sets the operating time.
- Start/Pause Button: Initiates or pauses the mixing process.
- Intelligent Kneading Mode (P1): Press and hold the power button to activate a pre-programmed kneading cycle for optimal dough consistency.

General Operation:
- Ensure the mixer head is locked down and the desired attachment and bowl are securely in place.
- Add ingredients to the mixing bowl.
- Select the desired speed using the '+' and '-' buttons on the digital display. Start at a lower speed and gradually increase to prevent splashing.
- Press the Start/Pause button to begin mixing.
- Monitor the mixing process. If necessary, use a spatula to scrape down the sides of the bowl (only when the mixer is paused and unplugged).
- Once mixing is complete, press the Start/Pause button to stop, then the Power button to turn off the appliance. Unplug the mixer from the power outlet.
- Press the tilt-head release button and lift the motor head. Remove the attachment by pushing upwards and turning clockwise. Remove the mixing bowl by turning it counter-clockwise.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your CHEFREE M500 Stand Mixer.
- Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
- Motor Unit: Wipe the exterior of the motor unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse in water.
- Mixing Bowl and Attachments: The stainless steel mixing bowl, dough hook, beater, and whisk are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, they can be washed by hand in warm soapy water, rinsed, and thoroughly dried.
- Splash Guard: Wash the splash guard in warm soapy water, rinse, and dry.
- Storage: Store the cleaned and dried mixer and its accessories in a dry place.
