Cooking with Your 2-Basket Air Fryer
General Cooking Recommendations:
- Do not place the drawer on top of the appliance. Use tongs to remove or empty food.
- For even cooking, arrange food in a single layer in the basket without overcrowding. If food is layered, stir or turn it halfway through cooking.
- Adjust cooking time and temperature as needed during the cooking process.
- For recipes that typically use a traditional oven, reduce the temperature by 5°C (9°F).
- Lightweight foods may be moved by the air fryer's fan. Use toothpicks to secure items like sandwich tops.
- Cooking grates elevate food, allowing air to circulate for even crisping.
- Press START/STOP to begin cooking immediately with default settings, or adjust as needed.
- For best results with fresh vegetables and potatoes, use at least one tablespoon of oil. Add more oil based on preference for extra crispiness.
- Monitor cooking and remove food as soon as it is done. Use an instant-read thermometer for meat and fish to ensure proper internal temperature.
