3.1 Speaker Components

4. Setup and Connectivity

4.1 Charging the Speaker

Before first use, fully charge the speaker. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the speaker's USB-C port and the other end to a compatible USB power adapter (not included).

  • The charging indicator light will show charging status.
  • A full charge takes approximately 4.4 hours.

4.2 Bluetooth Pairing

  1. Turn on the speaker by pressing and holding the Power button. The speaker will enter Bluetooth pairing mode automatically, indicated by a flashing LED.
  2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  3. Select "DOSS SoundBox Ultra" from the list.
  4. Once paired, the LED indicator will turn solid, and you will hear a confirmation tone.

4.3 True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Pairing

For an enhanced stereo experience, you can pair two DOSS SoundBox Ultra speakers together.

  1. Ensure both speakers are powered on and not connected to any other Bluetooth device.
  2. On one speaker, press the TWS button. It will emit a sound indicating it's searching for another speaker.
  3. On the second speaker, press the TWS button. The speakers will automatically connect to each other.
  4. Once paired, the LED indicators on both speakers will confirm the TWS connection. You can then connect your device to one of the speakers via Bluetooth as described in section 4.2.

4.4 Other Playback Modes

The speaker supports multiple audio input options:

  • Aux-in Mode: Connect an audio device using a 3.5mm audio cable to the LINE IN port. The speaker will automatically switch to Aux-in mode.
  • USB Flash Drive Mode: Insert a USB flash drive into the USB-A port. The speaker will automatically detect and play audio files.
  • TF Card Mode: Insert a Micro SD (TF) card into the Micro SD slot. The speaker will automatically detect and play audio files.

Use the Mode (M) button to cycle through the available input sources.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Basic Functions

  • Power On/Off: Press and hold the Power button for 2 seconds.
  • Volume Control: Use the Volume Up (+) and Volume Down (-) buttons.
  • Play/Pause: Press the Play/Pause button.
  • Next Track: Press and hold the Volume Up (+) button.
  • Previous Track: Press and hold the Volume Down (-) button.
  • Answer/End Call: Press the Play/Pause button during an incoming call.
  • Reject Call: Press and hold the Play/Pause button during an incoming call.

5.2 Bass Boost Feature

The DOSS SoundBox Ultra includes a Bass Boost feature to enhance low-frequency audio. Press the Bass Boost button to toggle this feature on or off. When TWS paired, you can press and hold the M/Bass button on either speaker to enable or disable Bass Boost for both.

5.3 Battery Life

The speaker provides up to 18 hours of continuous playback on a full charge, depending on volume levels and audio content.

6. Maintenance and Care

  • Keep the speaker away from extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, and moisture.
  • Clean the speaker with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

  • Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the speaker yourself. This will void the warranty.

7. Troubleshooting
