1. Introduction

2. Safety Guidelines

• Anchoring Kit: 16 heavy steel anchor kits (ground pegs).

4. Assembly Instructions

Assembly typically requires 2 people and takes approximately 3-5 hours. Follow these general steps for construction:

1. Unpack and Organize: Carefully unpack all components and lay them out. Group similar parts together for easier identification.
2. Assemble the Base Frame: Connect the base vertical reinforcing crossbeams using the appropriate connectors. Ensure all connections are secure.
3. Construct the Arches: Assemble the arched frame sections by connecting the galvanized steel tubes. Utilize the spring button mechanism for secure connections.
4. Attach Top Crossbeams: Integrate the 6 top horizontal crossbeams to connect the arched sections, forming the complete frame structure.
5. Install the Cover: Drape the triple-layer PE cover over the assembled frame. Ensure it is centered and evenly distributed.
6. Secure the Cover: Use the tough nylon ropes, bungee balls, and ratchets to securely tighten the cover to the frame. Ensure the cover is taut to prevent flapping and water pooling.
7. Anchor the Carport: Drive the 16 heavy steel anchor kits (ground pegs) firmly into the ground at designated points around the base of the frame. This step is critical for stability.

5. Operation

The K Knowbody Portable Garage is designed for versatile outdoor storage and protection.

5.1 Door Operation

The carport features a three-zipper door system at each end, allowing for flexible access and ventilation:

• All Rolled Up: For full access and maximum ventilation, the door can be completely rolled up and secured.
• Half Rolled Up: For partial access or ventilation, the door can be rolled up halfway.
• All Closed: For full protection against elements, the door can be fully closed and zipped.
