1. Introduction

This manual provides essential information for the safe installation, operation, and maintenance of your DAKAFUL Outdoor Wall Lights. Please read these instructions thoroughly before installation and retain them for future reference.

The DAKAFUL Outdoor Wall Light is an integrated LED cylinder fixture designed for exterior use, providing both up and down illumination. It features a modern aluminum body with an oil-rubbed bronze finish and is rated IP65 for waterproof performance.

2. Safety Information

• Always turn off the power at the circuit breaker before beginning installation, cleaning, or maintenance.
• Consult a qualified electrician if you are unsure about the installation process.

5. Setup and Installation

Follow these steps for safe and proper installation:

1. Preparation: Turn off power at the circuit breaker before starting. Ensure the mounting surface is clean, dry, and structurally sound.
2. Attach Mounting Plate: Secure the provided mounting plate to the junction box (J-box) on your wall using the screws included in the hardware kit. Ensure the plate is level and firmly attached.
3. Wiring Connections: Connect the electrical wires from the fixture to the corresponding wires from the J-box. Use the provided wire nuts to secure the connections:
   • Connect the black wire (Live) from the fixture to the black wire (Live) from the J-box.
   • Connect the white wire (Neutral) from the fixture to the white wire (Neutral) from the J-box.
   • Connect the green or bare copper wire (Ground) from the fixture to the ground wire from the J-box.
   Ensure all connections are tight and insulated.
4. Mount the Fixture: Carefully align the fixture with the mounting plate. Fasten the fixture to the mounting plate using the screws provided. Ensure the fixture is securely attached to prevent it from falling.
5. Seal (Optional but Recommended): For enhanced weather resistance, apply a bead of silicone sealant around the perimeter of the fixture where it meets the wall, leaving a small gap at the bottom for drainage.
6. Restore Power: Once installation is complete and all connections are secure, turn the power back on at the circuit breaker.

6. Operating Instructions

The DAKAFUL Outdoor Wall Light operates via a standard wall switch (Push Button or Touch control, depending on your home's wiring). Once installed and power is restored, simply use your existing wall switch to turn the light fixture on or off.

7. Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your DAKAFUL Outdoor Wall Lights:

• Cleaning: Periodically clean the fixture with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the finish or electrical components.
• Inspection: Regularly inspect the fixture for any signs of damage, loose connections, or wear. If any issues are found, turn off the power and consult a qualified electrician.
• Integrated LED: The LED light source is integrated and designed for a long lifespan. It does not require bulb replacement.

8. Troubleshooting

If your DAKAFUL Outdoor Wall Light is not functioning correctly, consider the following:

• Light Does Not Turn On:
  • Check the circuit breaker to ensure power is supplied to the fixture.
  • Verify that the wall switch is in the 'ON' position.
  • Ensure all wiring connections are secure. Turn off power at the breaker before checking connections.
• Light Flickers:
  • Check for loose wiring connections.
  • Ensure the voltage supply is stable and within the specified range (120V).
• Water Inside Fixture:
