Pre-Installation Checklist
Before you begin, ensure your door meets the following specifications:
- Door Hole Diameter: 2.12 inches (54mm)
- Backset: 2.36 inches or 2.75 inches (60mm or 70mm)
- Latch Hole Diameter: 1 inch (25mm)
- Door Thickness: Between 1.77 inches and 2.36 inches (45mm to 60mm)
Important: Do not install this product if your door thickness is outside the specified range. If your door lacks pre-drilled holes, additional drilling will be required.

Installation Guide
Follow these steps carefully for a successful installation. A Phillips screwdriver is the only tool required for most standard installations.
- Prepare the Door: Ensure your door meets the dimensions specified in the Pre-Installation Checklist. Remove any existing deadbolt hardware.
- Install the Mortise Lock Body: Insert the mortise lock body into the edge of the door. Secure it with the provided screws. Ensure the latch bolt is facing the correct direction for your door swing.
- Install the Front Panel: Route the data cable from the front panel through the door hole. Align the front panel with the mortise lock body and secure it.
- Install the Rear Panel: Connect the data cable from the front panel to the rear panel. Align the rear panel with the mortise lock body and secure it with the through-bolts. Ensure the thumb turn operates smoothly.
- Install Batteries: Open the battery cover on the rear panel and insert 4 AA batteries (not included), observing polarity. Close the battery cover.
- Test Operation: After installation, test the mechanical key, thumb turn, and keypad to ensure the lock operates correctly before closing the door.

Operating Instructions
1. Initial Setup and APP Connection
The smart lock requires initial setup via the dedicated smartphone application. Search for "TTLock" in your app store (iOS/Android) and download it.
- Download and install the "TTLock" APP.
- Create an account and log in.
- Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone.
- In the APP, tap "Add Lock" and select "Door Lock".
