Setup Instructions

1. Unpack: Carefully remove the mattress pad and controllers from the packaging.
2. Position Pad: Place the heated mattress pad directly on your mattress. Ensure it is spread out smoothly and evenly, with no wrinkles or folds.
3. Secure Fit: The mattress pad features a deep pocket design with all-around 360° elastic to fit mattresses up to 18 inches thick. Ensure the elastic skirt is securely tucked under all sides of your mattress for a snug fit.

4. Connect Controllers: For Queen and larger sizes, two controllers are provided for dual-zone temperature control. Connect each controller to the corresponding connector located on the bottom side of the mattress pad. These connectors are positioned away from the sleeping surface to prevent disruptions.

5. Plug In: Plug the power cords from the controllers into a standard 120V/60Hz electrical outlet. The power cord is 6 feet long, and the controller cord is 12.5 feet long.

1. Power On/Off: Press the power button on the controller to turn the mattress pad on or off.
2. Adjust Heat Settings: Use the 'UP' and 'DOWN' arrows on the controller to select one of the 5 available heat levels. The current heat level will be displayed on the controller's LCD.
3. Pre-Heat Function: Activate the 1-hour PRE-HEAT feature to quickly warm your bed before use. This function can jump-start the warming process.
4. Auto Shut-Off: The mattress pad features an automatic shut-off after 10 hours of continuous use for safety and energy conservation. You can also set an adjustable timer from 1 to 12 hours.

Washing

Drying

Q: Why is my light blinking?

A: If an ERROR is detected, the controller display will show an "E" followed by a number, and the power to the heating element will not be turned on. Follow the instructions in your manual for specific troubleshooting steps related to the error code.

Q: Only parts of my heated mattress pad are getting warm.

A: This is normally caused by one area of the heating element being bunched or pinched. First, ensure that the heated mattress pad is laid flat and not tucked in, bunched, and does not have anything heavy on it. Lay the heated mattress pad flat and run your fingers along the wire, paying special attention to the top and bottom of the heated mattress pad where the wire bends. If any portion of the wire is twisted on itself, manually twist it back.

Q: My controller feels warm to the touch. Is this a problem?

A: No. The control will feel warm (not hot) to the touch when functioning properly. Even when the controller is off, small amounts of electricity will cycle through it, which may make the controller warm. If the controller gets hot to the touch, please contact customer service.
