Setup

1. Remove the massage gun from its packaging.
2. Fully charge the battery before first use.
3. Select one of the 4 massage heads based on the area to be massaged.
4. Press the power button to turn on the device.
5. Choose a speed setting appropriate for the desired intensity.
6. Apply the massage gun to the desired area in gentle, circular motions.
7. Use for a maximum of 15 minutes at a time to avoid overheating.
8. Turn off and clean the massage heads after each use.

Charging

The massage gun is equipped with a high-quality rechargeable lithium-ion battery. It provides 4-6 hours of working time on low speed. The device features a Type-C universal interface for convenient charging.

Operating Instructions

The cotsoco Massage Gun offers 6 speed levels, ranging from 1600 to 3200 RPM, to cater to various massage needs, from routine muscle care to deep post-exercise massage. It also features an intelligent pressure sensing system that adjusts impact force and speed based on pressure applied.

1. To power on, press and hold the power button for 2-3 seconds.
2. Press the power button briefly to cycle through the 6 speed levels. The indicator lights will show the current speed setting.
3. Apply the massage head to the desired muscle area. The smart pressure indicator will provide visual feedback for safer and more effective massage.
4. To power off, press and hold the power button for 2-3 seconds.
5. The device has a 15-minute timer protection to prevent overheating.

Massage Head Usage
