Maintenance
- Regularly inspect the frame for any signs of rust or damage.
- Clean polycarbonate panels periodically with mild soap and water to maintain light transmission. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Ensure all screws and connections remain tight, especially after strong winds.
- Clear gutters of debris to ensure proper drainage.
Troubleshooting
Wind Damage:
The greenhouse is designed to resist winds up to 56 mph. Always keep doors and windows closed during strong winds. In hurricane-prone areas, additional reinforcement during installation is recommended.
Snow Accumulation:
The frame can support snow loads of up to 20PSF. In areas with heavy snowfall, regularly clear snow from the roof to prevent excessive buildup.
