Introduction

This manual provides instructions for the safe and efficient use of your Bosch MUZS6HA Hunting Adventure Accessory Kit. This kit is designed to expand the capabilities of your Bosch Series 6 food processor, enabling you to prepare various meat and vegetable dishes, including minced meat, sausages, and kebbe.

Setup and Assembly

Before assembly, ensure all parts are clean and dry. This accessory kit is compatible with Bosch Series 6 food processors (MUMS6 models).

1. Attaching the Meat Grinder

  1. Ensure your Bosch Series 6 food processor is unplugged and switched off.
  2. Locate the accessory drive on the front of the food processor.
  3. Insert the meat grinder attachment into the drive, aligning the connection points.
  4. Rotate the attachment clockwise until it locks securely into place.
  5. Attach the desired grinding disc (fine, medium, or coarse) and the cutting blade.
  6. Secure the retaining ring by screwing it on firmly.
  7. Place the filling tray on top of the grinder.

2. Attaching the Sausage Stuffer

  1. Assemble the meat grinder as described above, but without a grinding disc or cutting blade.
  2. Instead of the grinding disc, attach the sausage stuffer nozzle to the end of the grinder.
  3. Secure it with the retaining ring.

3. Attaching the Kebbe Attachment

  1. Assemble the meat grinder without a grinding disc or cutting blade.
  2. Attach the kebbe forming attachment to the end of the grinder.
  3. Secure it with the retaining ring.

Operating Instructions

1. Meat Grinding

  1. Prepare meat or vegetables by cutting them into pieces that fit easily into the feeding tube. Remove any bones, gristle, or tough skin from meat.
  2. Ensure the meat grinder is correctly assembled with the desired grinding disc.
  3. Place a bowl or container under the grinder outlet to collect the processed food.
  4. Plug in the food processor and select a suitable speed setting (refer to your food processor manual for recommended speeds for grinding).
  5. Feed the prepared ingredients into the filling tray and gently push them down the feeding tube using the pusher. Never use your fingers or other utensils.
  6. Once grinding is complete, switch off and unplug the food processor.

2. Sausage Stuffing

  1. Prepare your sausage mixture and ensure the sausage stuffer is correctly assembled.
  2. Soak natural casings in warm water according to their instructions, then rinse thoroughly.
  3. Slide a prepared casing onto the sausage stuffer nozzle, leaving a small overhang at the end.
  4. Place the sausage mixture into the filling tray.
  5. Plug in the food processor and select a low speed setting.
  6. Gently feed the mixture into the grinder, guiding the casing as it fills. Avoid overfilling to prevent bursting.
  7. Twist or tie the filled casing at desired intervals to form individual sausages.
  8. Once complete, switch off and unplug the food processor.

3. Kebbe Preparation

  1. Prepare your kebbe mixture and ensure the kebbe attachment is correctly assembled.
  2. Place the kebbe mixture into the filling tray.
  3. Plug in the food processor and select a low speed setting.
  4. Feed the mixture into the grinder. The kebbe attachment will form hollow tubes.
  5. Cut the tubes to the desired length and fill them as per your recipe.
  6. Once complete, switch off and unplug the food processor.
