Before the first frost, disconnect the irrigation computer from the faucet and hoses. Remove the batteries. Store the device in a dry, frost-free location to prevent damage from freezing water.

5. Troubleshooting

  • No Water Flow:
    • Check if the faucet is fully open.
    • Ensure batteries are correctly installed and have sufficient power.
    • Inspect the filter for blockages (refer to Section 4.2).
    • Verify that the watering schedule is correctly programmed and not in rain delay mode.
  • Leaks from Connections:
    • Ensure all connections (faucet, hoses) are tightened securely.
    • Check the O-ring at the faucet connection for proper seating and damage.
    • Inspect the aluminum alloy filter for blockages, as this can sometimes contribute to pressure issues leading to leaks.
  • Incorrect Watering Times/Unexpected Zone Activation:
    • Recheck your programmed schedules for each zone (A, B, C) carefully.
    • Ensure the current time is set accurately.
    • If a specific outlet (e.g., Zone B) activates unexpectedly despite being unprogrammed, try resetting the device by removing the batteries for a few minutes and then reinstalling them. Reprogram all zones after a reset. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
  • Display Not Working:
    • Replace batteries with fresh 1.5V AA alkaline batteries.
    • Ensure batteries are inserted with correct polarity.
