3. Product Overview
3.1 Controls and Ports
Familiarize yourself with the main controls and connection points of your CD player:
- LCD Display: Shows track number, time, mode (CD/USB), and repeat settings.
- MODE Button: Switches between CD and USB playback modes.

4. Setup
4.1 Charging the Device
The CD player comes with a built-in rechargeable Lithium Ion battery. Before first use, fully charge the device.
- Connect the provided USB charging cable to the DC 5V port on the CD player.
- Connect the other end of the USB cable to a compatible USB power source, such as a wall adapter (not included), a power bank, or a computer's USB port.
- The battery indicator on the LCD display will show charging status. Once fully charged, the indicator will show a full battery icon.
A full charge provides approximately 8 hours of playback when using headphones.

4.2 Inserting a CD
- Locate the CD compartment latch on the side of the player.
- Slide the latch to open the CD compartment lid.
- Carefully place the CD with the label side facing up onto the center spindle. Ensure it clicks into place.
- Close the CD compartment lid firmly until it latches securely.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Basic Playback
- Turn on the CD player using the ON/OFF switch.
- If a CD is inserted, it will begin playing automatically. If not, insert a CD as described in Section 4.2.
- Press the Play/Pause button to pause playback. Press again to resume.
- Press the Previous/Next Track buttons to skip tracks. Hold these buttons to fast-forward or rewind within a track.
- Adjust the volume using the VOL+ and VOL- buttons.
5.2 Mode Selection (CD/USB)
Press the MODE button to switch between CD playback and USB playback. The LCD display will indicate the currently selected mode.
5.3 Sound Effects (EQ)
Press the EQ button repeatedly to cycle through different equalizer presets:
- ROC: Rock
- POP: Pop
- JAZ: Jazz
- CLA: Classical
- FLT: Flat (default)
