3. Setup and Assembly

Unpacking:

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain the packaging for future storage or transport. Check for any damage during transit. If any damage is found, do not use the appliance and contact customer support.

Placement:

Place the mixer grinder base unit on a clean, dry, stable, and level surface, away from heat sources and direct sunlight. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit.

Jar Assembly:

1. Select the appropriate jar (Wet, Dry, or Chutney) for your task.
2. Ensure the blade assembly is securely fitted at the bottom of the jar.
3. Place the ingredients into the jar, ensuring not to exceed the maximum fill line.
4. Securely place the lid on the jar. For the wet jar, use the polycarbonate dome lid with cap. For dry and chutney jars, use the polypropylene lids.
5. Place the assembled jar onto the motor unit, aligning the locking grooves. Turn the jar clockwise until it locks firmly into place.

Using the Mixer Grinder:

1. After assembling the jar onto the motor unit, ensure it is locked securely.
2. Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.
3. Turn the knob control to the desired speed setting (1, 2, or 3). For short bursts of power, use the 'Whip' (Pulse) function by turning the knob to 'Whip' and releasing.
4. Allow the appliance to run until the desired consistency is achieved. Avoid continuous operation for more than 5 minutes. Allow a cooling period of 2-3 minutes between cycles.
5. Once grinding is complete, turn the knob to the 'OFF' position and unplug the appliance.
6. Carefully unlock and remove the jar from the motor unit.

Recommended Usage for Jars:

• 1500 ml Wet Grinding Jar: Ideal for making dosa batter, idli batter, gravies, and purees.
