Setup and Assembly
The Rfiver speaker stands feature a tool-free assembly process. Follow these steps for quick and secure setup:
- Attach the Support Pole to the Base Plate: Align the bottom end of a support pole with the center of a base plate. Secure it by hand-tightening the pre-attached screw mechanism. Ensure it is firm and stable.
- Attach the Top Plate to the Support Pole: Align the top end of the support pole with the center of a top plate. Secure it by hand-tightening the pre-attached screw mechanism.
- Install Floor Protection: Depending on your flooring, choose either the adjustable feet (for carpet) or the rubber pads (for wooden, cement, or tiled floors). Screw these into the designated holes on the underside of the base plate. The adjustable feet can be used to level the stand on uneven surfaces.
- Apply Non-Slip Pads: Peel and stick the provided non-slip shockproof pads onto the top surface of the top plate. These pads prevent your speakers from sliding and absorb vibrations.
- Cable Management: The support poles feature large holes (40mm H x 20mm W) for routing speaker cables. Thread your speaker cables through the top hole, down the pole, and out the bottom hole for a clean and organized appearance.

Operating Instructions
Proper placement of your speaker stands is crucial for achieving the best sound quality.
- Speaker Placement: Carefully place your satellite or bookshelf speakers onto the top plates of the stands. Ensure they are centered and stable on the non-slip pads.
- Optimal Listening Height: The 28-inch (840mm) height of these stands is designed to position your speakers at ear level when seated, creating an ideal listening "sweet spot." Adjust your seating position if necessary to align with the speaker height.
- Room Acoustics: Experiment with the distance of the stands from walls and corners to optimize bass response and soundstage. Generally, pulling speakers slightly away from walls can improve clarity.
- Cable Management: Utilize the integrated cable management system to keep speaker wires tidy and prevent tripping hazards. This also contributes to a cleaner aesthetic.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the glass and metal surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish.
- Regular Checks: Periodically check all connections and screws to ensure they remain tight and secure.
- Pad Inspection: Inspect the non-slip pads and floor protection feet for wear and tear. Replace if necessary to maintain stability and speaker protection.
Troubleshooting
- Issue: Stand feels wobbly or unstable.
- Solution: Ensure all assembly screws are fully tightened. If using adjustable feet, verify they are properly leveled on the floor. Check that the stand is on a flat, even surface.
- Issue: Speakers slide on the top plate.
- Solution: Confirm that the non-slip shockproof pads are correctly applied to the top plate. If pads are worn, consider replacing them.
- Issue: Cables are not neatly managed.
- Solution: Reroute cables through the designated holes in the support pole. Ensure cables are not excessively thick or numerous to fit comfortably within the channel.
