1. Introduction
Thank you for choosing the GO2CRAFT Auto Seamless Tumbler Heat Press Machine. This advanced heat press is designed to simplify and enhance your sublimation printing process for various drinkware. Featuring automatic rotation, fast and even heating, and multiple memory modes, it ensures professional-quality, seamless full prints on 11-30oz tumblers, mugs, and glasses.
2. Safety Information
Please read all safety instructions carefully before operating the machine to prevent injury or damage.
- Hot Surfaces: The heating element becomes extremely hot during operation. Avoid direct contact with the heating surface. Always use heat-resistant gloves when handling hot items or adjusting the machine.
- Mind Your Hand: Be aware of the moving parts and the heating area. Keep hands clear of the pressing mechanism during operation.
- Avoid Dry Heating: Do not preheat the machine without a cup inside for extended periods. Placing an empty cup inside during preheating can prolong the machine's lifespan.
- Proper Ventilation: Operate the machine in a well-ventilated area.
- Power Supply: Ensure the machine is connected to a 110V AC power outlet.

- Control Panel: Digital display for temperature, time, and mode selection.
- Heating Element: The internal component that heats and applies pressure to the cup.
- Pressure Mechanism: Automatically adjusts pressure for optimal heat transfer.
- Recessed Handle: For easy and safe mobility of the machine.
4. Setup
- Place the machine on a stable, heat-resistant surface in a well-ventilated area.
- Connect the power cord to a 110V AC outlet.
- Turn on the power switch located at the back of the machine. The control panel will light up.
- Before transferring designs, preheat the machine. Place an empty cup inside the heating element during preheating to prolong the machine's lifespan.
5. Operating Instructions
The GO2CRAFT heat press offers automated features for efficient printing.
5.1. Mode Selection
The machine features 4 distinct memory modes tailored to different cup types:
- Stainless Tumbler Mode: Optimized for stainless steel tumblers.
- Glass Can Mode: Optimized for glass cans.
- Ceramic Mug Mode: Optimized for ceramic mugs.
- Custom Mode: Allows you to adjust temperature and time parameters manually.
Select the appropriate mode using the buttons on the control panel. The machine will automatically save your custom parameters in case of power outages.
5.2. Heat Transfer Process
- Prepare your design and secure it onto the cup using heat-resistant tape.
- Ensure the machine is preheated to the desired temperature (refer to mode settings or custom settings).
- Carefully insert the prepared cup into the heating element.
- Press the 'Start' button. The machine will automatically close and begin the heat transfer process.
- For Tumbler and Glass Can modes, the machine will automatically rotate 180° for the second transfer, ensuring a seamless full print. The Ceramic Mug mode does not rotate.
- Once the process is complete, the machine will open. Carefully remove the hot cup using heat-resistant gloves.
- Allow the cup to cool completely before removing the transfer paper.
5.3. Important Considerations
- Mug Handle Placement: For ceramic mugs, ensure the mug handle rests against the black rubber knob (handle limiter) for perfect sublimation and to prevent handle damage.
- Smaller Tumblers: For smaller tumblers, you may need to increase the pressure to achieve a tighter seal. The cup pad is compatible with cups of 2.75 to 3.39 inches in diameter.
- Cup Compatibility: This machine is designed for straight-sided mugs and tumblers. It is not suitable for cups with any curvature.

6. Maintenance
- Regularly clean the heating element and surrounding areas with a soft, dry cloth.
- The service life of the heating element is approximately 300-500 times. Replace if you notice significant degradation in performance or uneven heating.
- Store the machine in a dry, dust-free environment when not in use.
7. Troubleshooting
- Machine does not rotate automatically: Ensure you are not in 'Mug Mode', as this mode does not feature auto-rotation. Select the appropriate mode for your cup type.
- Uneven prints/ghosting: Make sure the cup you use is straight and its shape is consistent with the heating element. Wrap the design tightly before printing. If ghosting occurs, try adjusting the pressure up to 70 and increasing the temperature to 375°F.
- Machine does not close tightly enough: The preset modes have a one-finger gap allowance. For smaller tumblers, you can increase the pressure to close it more. The minimum diameter of the tumbler is 2.7 inches.
- Heating element issues: If the heating element is damaged or worn out, contact customer support for a replacement.
