Wearing the Earbuds
For optimal sound quality and comfort, ensure the earbuds are worn correctly.
- Put on earbuds correctly: Identify the Left (L) and Right (R) earbuds and insert them into the corresponding ears.
- Keep the microphone towards your mouth: Adjust the earbud's position so the stem, containing the microphone, points towards your mouth for clear voice pickup.
- Adjust earbuds to fit yourself. If sound isolation is not good enough, please try bigger eartips.

Setup
1. Charging the Earbuds and Case
Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Place the earbuds into the charging case. Connect the Type-C charging cable to the case and a power source. The LED indicator on the case will show charging status.
- Total battery life with charging case: Up to 30 hours (ANC OFF) / 22 hours (ANC ON).
- Earbud playback on a single top-up: Up to 7 hours (ANC OFF) / 5.5 hours (ANC ON).

2. Pairing with Your Device
- Ensure the earbuds are in the charging case and the case has power.
- Open the charging case lid. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth.
- Search for "QCY T13 ANC2" in the list of available Bluetooth devices and select it to connect.
- Once connected, a voice prompt will confirm successful pairing.
The QCY T13 ANC 2 supports Bluetooth 5.3 for a stable and faster connection.

Operating Instructions
Touch Controls
The QCY T13 ANC 2 earbuds feature sensitive touch controls on the stem of each earbud. Refer to the diagram below for specific functions:

- Double touch: Pause/resume playing, Answer/end call.
- Triple touch right earbud: Skip track forward.
- Triple touch left earbud: Voice Assistant.
- Keep touching for 1.5s: Ignore call.
- Keep touching left earbud for 1.5s: Low-latency Mode.
- Keep touching right panel for 1.5s: ANC ON/OFF/Transparency (not available in mono mode).
- One-Press-to-Pair: Press and hold charging case button for 3s until LEDs blink white once.
- One-Press-to-Reset: Press and hold charging case button for 10s or until LED blinks red 5 times.
Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and Transparency Mode
The QCY T13 ANC 2 earbuds feature Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) to reduce ambient noise and a Transparency Mode to allow you to hear your surroundings without removing the earbuds.

Switch between ANC, Normal, and Transparency modes using the touch control on the right earbud (long press for 1.5s).
Multipoint Connection
The QCY T13 ANC 2 supports multipoint connection, allowing you to connect to two devices simultaneously. This enables seamless switching of audio output between the connected devices with a single touch.

QCY APP

Maintenance
Cleaning and Storage
- Regularly clean the earbuds, especially the eartips and charging contacts, with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the earbuds or case in water.
- Store the earbuds in their charging case when not in use to protect them and keep them charged.
- Avoid exposing the product to extreme temperatures, humidity, or dust.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your QCY T13 ANC 2 earbuds, try the following steps:
- No Sound:
- Ensure earbuds are charged.
- Check if earbuds are properly connected to your device.
- Adjust volume on both earbuds and your device.
- Pairing Issues:
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
- Place earbuds back in the case, close, then open the lid to re-enter pairing mode.
- Try "One-Press-to-Reset" (hold case button for 10s until LED blinks red 5 times) to clear previous pairings.
- Delete "QCY T13 ANC2" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
- Earbuds Not Charging:
- Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and power source.
- Check if the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case are clean and free of debris.
- Try a different charging cable or power adapter.
- Poor Call Quality:
- Ensure microphones are not obstructed.
- Move to an area with less background noise.
- Check network signal strength on your phone.
