Setup

Initial Connection and Pairing

For the first-time pairing and activation of your Boowen Wireless Controller, a USB cable connection is required. This process establishes the initial link between the controller and your device.

1. Ensure your PS4 console or compatible device is powered on.
2. Connect one end of the provided USB cable to the controller's charging port.
3. Connect the other end of the USB cable to an available USB port on your PS4 console or compatible device.
4. Press the PS button on the controller. The controller will power on and automatically pair with your device.
5. Once paired, you can disconnect the USB cable to use the controller wirelessly.

Subsequent Wireless Connection

After the initial setup, the controller will automatically connect wirelessly to the last paired device when powered on.

• Press the PS button on the controller to power it on.
• The controller will attempt to connect wirelessly. The light bar will indicate a successful connection.

Operating the Controller

Button Layout and Functions

The Boowen Wireless Controller features a standard layout for intuitive gameplay:

• Directional Pad (D-Pad): For precise directional input.
• Analog Sticks: Dual analog sticks for 360-degree movement and camera control.
• Action Buttons (Triangle, Circle, Cross, Square): Standard action inputs.
• SHARE Button: Allows for instant sharing of gameplay screenshots and videos.
• OPTIONS Button: Access in-game menus and options.
• PS Button: Powers on/off the controller, accesses the PS4 system menu.
• L1/R1 Buttons: Shoulder buttons.

Troubleshooting

• Controller Not Connecting:
  • Ensure the controller is charged.
  • For first-time connection, use the USB cable to activate the device.
  • If issues persist, try resetting the controller by inserting a small pin into the reset hole on the back of the controller for 5 seconds. Then, reconnect via USB.
• Input Lag or Disconnections:
