To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Ninetom Car Radio, follow these maintenance guidelines:
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the screen and surrounding areas. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the display or finish.

7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your car radio, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:
- No Power: Check all power cable connections. Ensure the vehicle's ignition is on.
- No Sound: Verify that the AUX cable is correctly connected and selected as the audio source. Check volume levels on both the car radio and your vehicle's original audio system.
- Screen Not Responding: Try restarting the device. If the issue persists, ensure all ribbon cables are properly seated.
- CarPlay/Android Auto Connection Issues: Ensure your phone's Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are enabled. Try reconnecting the device. For wired connections, check the USB cable.
- Original Functions Not Working: Switch back to the original car interface to confirm if the issue is with the new system or the vehicle's original components.
- Display Glitches/Artifacts: This could indicate a loose LVDS cable connection. Recheck the connection.
