Package Contents

Ensure all components are present before beginning assembly. An electric screwdriver is recommended for faster assembly.

Assembly Instructions

This cabinet ships in 1 box. Assembly is straightforward but requires attention to detail. An electric screwdriver is recommended.

Step-by-Step Assembly:

1. Assemble First Side Section (Panels C & D):

   Identify panels C and D. Panel D has a strip on the bottom. Slide the groove of panel C into the corresponding slot on panel D. Secure with four screws in the pre-drilled holes. (Refer to video 0:00 - 0:28)

2. Assemble Second Side Section (Panels A & B):

   Repeat the process from Step 1 for panels A and B. Panel B has a strip on the bottom. (Refer to video 1:45 - 2:40)

3. Connect Side Sections:

   Bring the two L-shaped side sections together. Align the tracks on the top and bottom edges of the panels. Gently slide them into place until they form a complete rectangular frame. (Refer to video 3:00 - 3:40)
4. Attach Top Panel (Panel E):

   Place panel E on top of the assembled frame. Align the pre-drilled holes and secure it with four screws. This step may require assistance to hold the frame steady. (Refer to video 4:08 - 4:30)

5. Attach Bottom Support (Panel H):

   Lay the cabinet on its face. Insert panel H into the bottom section, aligning it with the pre-drilled holes on the inside. Secure with four screws. (Refer to video 5:09 - 5:25)

6. Install Shelves (Panel F):

   Insert the small shelf clips into the desired height slots on the side panels. Place the shelves (Panel F) on top of these clips. You can customize the shelf spacing as needed. (Refer to video 8:50 - 9:50)

7. Install Hinges:

   Attach the door hinges to the designated slots on the cabinet frame. Each hinge typically requires two screws. There are four hinges in total. (Refer to video 11:08 - 11:30)

8. Attach Doors:

   Align the doors with the installed hinges. The hinges have a circular part that fits into a corresponding circle on the door frame. It is recommended to close the door first, then screw in the top and bottom screws on each hinge to ensure proper alignment. (Refer to video 12:05 - 12:50)

9. Install Door Stoppers:

   Insert the small silicone door stoppers into the designated holes on the inside of the cabinet frame. These prevent the doors from clanking when closed. (Refer to video 15:00 - 15:40)

10. Attach Door Handles:

    Secure the gold door handles to the pre-drilled holes on the doors using the provided screws. (Refer to video 20:49 - 21:00)

Operating Instructions

Adjusting Shelves:

The cabinet features adjustable shelves to accommodate items of various sizes. To adjust a shelf, simply remove the items, lift the shelf, reposition the shelf clips to the desired height, and then place the shelf back on the clips.

Locking Doors:

The doors are equipped with a locking mechanism for security. Use the provided keys to lock and unlock the cabinet, keeping your belongings secure.

Mobility and Stability:

The cabinet comes with detachable and lockable rubber wheels. You can choose to use the cabinet in a mobile configuration by attaching the wheels, or as a freestanding unit without them for increased stability. Ensure wheels are locked when the cabinet is stationary.

Maintenance

• Wipe down the metal surfaces with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust and dirt.
• Avoid using abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the finish.
• Regularly check all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight. Tighten if necessary.
• Inspect the wheels periodically for any wear or damage.

Troubleshooting

Doors Not Aligning Properly:

If the doors do not align correctly after assembly, you can adjust the hinges. Use a screwdriver to slightly tighten or loosen the screws on the hinges to achieve proper alignment. It is often helpful to close the door and then tighten the screws to ensure it aligns correctly when shut.

Bent Parts:

In rare cases, some metal parts may arrive slightly bent. Gentle manipulation may be required to straighten them for proper assembly. If parts are severely damaged, contact customer support.
