1. Product Overview

The Lichaser IP67 waterproof outdoor LED strip is designed for versatile outdoor lighting. This advanced LED strip features RGB+IC technology, allowing for a wide range of dynamic lighting effects such as rainbow, shooting star, chasing, and segmentation control. It offers extensive DIY functions to create unique and engaging light displays. 2. Key Features

• RGB+IC Color Effect: Upgraded from standard RGB, this strip offers advanced features like Shooting Star, Chase, Fade, Flow, and Color Segmentation, enabling more dynamic and cool light effects for both outdoor and indoor decoration.
• Advanced App & RF Remote Control: The upgraded RF wall-mounted remote allows 360° control within a 15m range. The waterproof LED strip connects easily to the app via Bluetooth, enabling control of multiple outdoor lights simultaneously for a comfortable and beautiful experience.

3. Setup and Installation

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove the LED strip, 24V Bluetooth controller, RF remote control, power supply, and installation accessories from the packaging.
2. Connect the Strip: Connect the LED strip to the controller, and the controller to the power supply. Ensure all connections are secure. For enhanced water resistance, screw the threads on the connectors tightly.
3. Mounting the Strip: The LED strip features an adhesive backing for easy installation. For surfaces that may not adhere well, use the included adhesive clips and screws to secure the strip firmly.
4. Power On: Plug the power supply into a suitable outdoor power outlet. Note that the power supply itself is not waterproof and should be protected from moisture.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Using the Smartphone App (Surplife App)

Download the Surplife app from your device's app store. Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone. Open the app, and it should automatically detect the LED strip for pairing. The app provides extensive customization options:

• Color Selection: Choose from a wide spectrum of colors and adjust brightness.
• Dynamic Modes: Select from pre-programmed dynamic effects like chasing, fading, and flow.
• DIY Customization: Create and save your own unique lighting patterns and sequences.
• Music Sync: Activate the microphone mode to make the lights change in rhythm with music.
• Timing Function: Set schedules for the lights to automatically turn on or off at specific times.

4.2 Using the RF Remote Control

The included RF remote control offers convenient 360° control of the LED strip within a 15-meter range. Functions include:

• Power On/Off
• Brightness Adjustment
• Color Selection (static colors)
• Mode Selection (pre-set dynamic effects)
• Music Sync Activation

5. Maintenance

The Lichaser LED strip is designed for durability and outdoor use. To ensure optimal performance and longevity:

• Waterproofing: The LED strip, controller, and plug are IP67 waterproof. However, the power supply is NOT waterproof and must be protected from direct exposure to water or extreme weather conditions.
• Cleaning: Periodically wipe the LED strip with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust and debris. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the strip's coating.
• Connections: Regularly check all connections to ensure they remain tight and secure, especially the threaded waterproof connectors.
• Storage: If storing the LED strip for an extended period, ensure it is clean, dry, and stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

6. Troubleshooting

• LED Strip Not Lighting Up:
  • Check if the power supply is properly plugged in and receiving power.
  • Ensure all connections between the strip, controller, and power supply are secure.
  • Verify that the remote control or app is sending the 'On' signal.
• Remote Control Not Responding:
  • Check the battery in the RF remote control and replace if necessary.
  • Ensure you are within the 15-meter operating range of the remote.
• App Connectivity Issues:
  • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone.
  • Restart the Surplife app and try re-pairing the device.
  • Ensure the LED strip is powered on and within Bluetooth range.
• Inconsistent Color or Dimming at End of Strip:
  • This product uses a 24V low-voltage system, which is designed to maintain consistent color and brightness along the entire length. If you experience this, ensure the power supply is adequate and connections are solid.
