Charging the Device

Both the Screen Sensor Clip and the RF Remote are rechargeable via the provided Type-C cable. Connect the Type-C cable to the charging port on each component and plug the other end into a USB power source. A full charge takes approximately 1.5 hours.

Pairing Instructions

Before initial use, or if the device has been inactive for a long period, pairing is required:

  1. Press the button on the back of the Screen Sensor Clip. A blue light will illuminate.
  2. Press the button on the RF Remote. The blue light on the clip will flash, indicating successful pairing.

Using as a Page Turner

The page turner supports all capacitive touch screens and does not require Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. Simply clip the Screen Sensor Clip onto your device and use the RF Remote to turn pages.

  • Placement: Clamp the Screen Sensor Clip to the top corner of your e-reader or tablet. Ensure the silicone pad of the clip touches the screen correctly for proper function.
  • Page Forward: Press the button on the RF Remote to advance to the next page. Note that this device only supports page forward functionality.
  • Mute Button Design: The page turner is designed with a mute button, ensuring quiet operation, especially useful for nighttime reading.

Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your DATAFY Remote Control Page Turner, follow these maintenance guidelines:

  • Charging Frequency: If you use the Screen Sensor Clip for 3-4 hours daily, it can standby for approximately one month. If you use the RF Remote for 3-4 hours daily, it can standby for approximately three months. Charge as needed to maintain functionality.
  • Automatic Power Off: The page turner will automatically turn off if left inactive for a long period to conserve battery. Remember to re-pair the device when you use it again after it has powered off automatically.
  • Storage: When not in use, store the page turner components in the provided storage bag to protect them from dust and damage.
