1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the VOOPEAK TC11 4K Trail Camera. This manual provides essential information for the safe and effective use of your camera. Please read it thoroughly before operation and retain it for future reference.

2. Safety Information

  • Do not expose the camera to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight for prolonged periods.
  • Ensure the battery compartment is securely closed to maintain the IP66 waterproof rating.
  • Use only recommended AA batteries. Do not mix old and new batteries or different types of batteries.
  • Keep the camera away from strong magnetic fields.
  • Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the camera. This will void the warranty.
  • Clean the lens and casing with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners.

4. Product Overview

The VOOPEAK TC11 is a versatile 4K trail camera designed for outdoor surveillance, wildlife monitoring, and security applications. It features a 2.0-inch color LCD display, 48MP photo resolution, 4K video recording, 120° PIR motion detection, and IP66 waterproof rating.

5. Setup

5.1 Battery Installation

  1. Open the camera's front cover.
  2. Locate the battery compartment.
  3. Insert 4 AA batteries (not included) according to the polarity markings (+/-).
  4. Close the battery compartment securely to ensure waterproofing.

5.2 SD Card Insertion and Formatting

  1. With the camera powered off, insert the provided 32GB SD card into the SD card slot until it clicks into place. The camera supports up to 128GB SD cards.
  2. Important: For first-time use, format the SD card through the camera's menu to ensure proper function.

5.3 Mounting the Camera

The camera can be mounted using the included strap or wall mount bracket.

  • Strap Mounting: Thread the strap through the slots on the back of the camera and secure it around a tree or pole.
  • Bracket Mounting: Use the wall mount bracket and hardware to attach the camera to a flat surface. Adjust the camera angle as needed.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Powering On/Off

To power on the camera, slide the power switch to the 'ON' position. To power off, slide it to 'OFF'.

6.2 Mode Selection

The camera offers three recording modes: Photo, Video, and Photo+Video. Select your desired mode via the menu on the 2.0-inch LCD display.

6.3 PIR Motion Detection

The 120° PIR sensor detects motion and heat, triggering recording automatically. Adjust sensitivity settings in the menu for optimal performance in your environment.

6.4 Night Vision

The camera automatically switches to infrared night vision in low-light conditions, capturing clear images and videos up to 20 meters.

6.5 Viewing Recordings

Recordings can be viewed directly on the camera's 2.0-inch LCD screen or by connecting the camera to a computer via the USB cable. Alternatively, remove the SD card and insert it into a card reader connected to a computer.

7. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the camera body and lens with a soft, lint-free cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or solvents.
  • Battery Replacement: Replace all 4 AA batteries when the low battery indicator appears on the screen.
  • SD Card Management: Regularly back up important recordings and format the SD card to maintain optimal performance and prevent data corruption.
  • Storage: When not in use for extended periods, remove batteries and store the camera in a cool, dry place.

8. Troubleshooting
