1. Introduction

Thank you for purchasing the Beelicious 4.0L Air Fryer. This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation of your appliance. Please read it thoroughly before first use and keep it for future reference.

Important Safety Instructions

  • Read all instructions before use.
  • Do not immerse the appliance, cord, or plug in water or other liquids.
  • Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
  • Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner.
  • Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
  • Do not let the cord hang over the edge of a table or counter, or touch hot surfaces.

  • Always ensure the basket is properly inserted before operating.

  • Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.

Control Panel

The intuitive LED touch display allows for easy selection of cooking functions, temperature, and time settings.

3. Setup and First Use

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all packaging materials, including any stickers or labels.
  2. Clean: Wash the frying basket and crisper plate with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. Wipe the inside and outside of the appliance with a damp cloth.
  3. Placement: Place the air fryer on a stable, horizontal, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is at least 10 cm (4 inches) of free space on the back and sides, and above the appliance.
  4. Initial Run: For the first use, it is recommended to run the air fryer empty for about 10 minutes at 180°C (350°F) to eliminate any manufacturing odors. A slight smell or smoke may occur, which is normal.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 General Operation

  1. Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a grounded wall outlet.
  2. Prepare Food: Place your ingredients on the crisper plate inside the frying basket. Do not overfill.
  3. Insert Basket: Slide the frying basket back into the main unit until it clicks into place.
  4. Power On: Touch the power icon on the LED display to turn on the appliance.
  5. Select Function:
    • Preset Programs: Touch one of the preset icons (e.g., fries, steak, shrimp) for automatic temperature and time settings.
    • Manual Setting: Use the temperature (up/down arrows) and time (up/down arrows) icons to set your desired cooking parameters. The temperature range is 80°C to 230°C.
  6. Start Cooking: Touch the start/pause icon to begin the cooking process.
  7. Shake Reminder: For some recipes, the air fryer may beep and display a "shake" icon (裏返しリマインダー) to remind you to shake or flip the food for even cooking. Pull out the basket, shake/flip, and reinsert to resume.
  8. Completion: The air fryer will beep when the cooking cycle is complete. Carefully pull out the basket and remove the food.

4.2 Specific Functions

Preheating

Preheating helps achieve optimal cooking results, especially for items that require a crispy exterior.

  1. Ensure the basket is empty.
  2. Set the temperature to 200°C (390°F) and time to 3 minutes.
  3. Touch the start icon. The air fryer will beep 5 times when preheating is complete.

Defrost Function

The defrost function allows you to safely thaw frozen ingredients before cooking.

  1. Place the frozen food on the crisper plate inside the frying basket.
  2. Insert the basket into the main unit.
  3. Touch the defrost icon (snowflake symbol) on the control panel.
  4. Touch the start icon to begin defrosting.
  5. The air fryer will beep 5 times when defrosting is complete. Remove the defrosted food and proceed with cooking as desired.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your air fryer.

  1. Unplug and Cool: Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  2. Clean Basket and Plate: The frying basket and crisper plate are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, wash them with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge.
  3. Clean Interior: Wipe the interior of the appliance with a damp cloth. For stubborn residue, use a non-abrasive sponge and mild dish soap.
  4. Clean Exterior: Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh abrasive cleaners.
  5. Storage: Ensure all parts are dry before storing the air fryer in a cool, dry place.

6. Troubleshooting
