Setup Instructions

Changing Collet and Installing Accessories

1. Press down the spindle locking button located near the collet.
2. Unscrew the nut at the tip of the tool.
3. Choose the suitable collet (e.g., Φ1.6mm, Φ2.3mm, Φ3.2mm) for your desired accessory and insert it into the tool.
4. Hold the lock button again and insert the desired accessory bit into the collet.
5. Screw the nut tightly to secure the accessory.

Fitting a Sanding Band

1. Insert the sanding drum into the collet and tighten the nut.
2. Loosen the screw of the sanding drum.
3. Install the sanding band onto the drum.
4. Press down the spindle lock button and tighten the screw of the sanding drum with the provided wrench.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off and Speed Adjustment

To power on the tool, press and hold the power button (⏻) for a few seconds. The LED indicators will light up, showing the current speed setting. Press the speed control button (⟲) to cycle through the 5 available speeds (5500, 8100, 10800, 12900, 15000 RPM). To power off, press and hold the power button again.

Charging the Tool

The HARDELL rotary tool features a Type-C charging port. Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the tool and a compatible power source (e.g., USB wall adapter, computer USB port). The tool can be used while charging, providing uninterrupted workflow. After a full discharge, allow it to rest for 4-5 minutes before recharging to ensure optimal battery health and longevity.
