4. Setup & Assembly
Follow these steps for proper assembly. It is recommended to have two people for assembly.
4.1 Unpacking and Preparation
- Clear a spacious area for assembly.
- Lay out all components on a soft, clean surface (e.g., a blanket or cardboard) to prevent damage.
- Identify all parts by comparing them with the parts list in the included instructions.
4.2 Assembly Steps
Refer to the visual instructions provided in the original packaging for detailed diagrams. The general steps are:
- Assemble the metal frame components.
- Attach the wooden shelves to the metal frame, ensuring they are securely fastened.
- Assemble the cabinet section, including the rattan-like door.
- Integrate the cabinet section into the main frame.
- Install the adjustable shelf inside the cabinet.
- Attach the back panels to the unit.
- Install the adjustable leveling feet at the bottom of the unit.
- Secure the anti-tip kit to the top of the bookcase and to a wall stud.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Utilizing Storage Space
- Open Shelves: The four open shelves are ideal for displaying books, decorative items, plants, and frequently accessed belongings.
- Enclosed Cabinet: The bottom cabinet with its rattan-like door provides concealed storage for items you wish to keep out of sight, such as documents, electronics, or personal effects.
- Adjustable Shelf: The shelf inside the cabinet can be adjusted to three different heights to accommodate items of various sizes. To adjust, remove the shelf, reposition the shelf pins to the desired height, and reinsert the shelf.

5.2 Stability and Leveling
- Adjustable Feet: If the bookcase wobbles on an uneven floor, gently turn the adjustable feet at the bottom of the metal frame until the unit is stable.
- Anti-Tip Kit: Regularly check that the anti-tip kit remains securely fastened to both the bookcase and the wall.

6. Maintenance
