• Anti-Tipping Kit: Always install the provided anti-tipping kit to secure the bookshelf to the wall. This is crucial to prevent tipping injuries, especially in households with children or pets.
• Weight Capacity: Each shelf is designed to hold a maximum of 60 lbs (27.2 kg). Do not exceed this weight limit per shelf or the overall capacity of the unit. Distribute weight evenly across shelves.
• Stable Placement: Place the bookshelf on a flat, level, and stable surface. Uneven surfaces can compromise stability.

4. Assembly Instructions

Assembly typically takes about 30 minutes. It is recommended to assemble the bookshelf with two people for easier handling and safety. Ensure you have enough clear space.

Step 1: Attach Leveling Feet to Side Frames

Carefully attach the adjustable leveling feet (Part E) to the bottom of both side metal frames (Parts A and B). Hand-tighten initially.

Step 2: Secure Shelf Boards to Side Frames

Position the first shelf board (Part C) into the designated slots on the side metal frames (Parts A and B). Use the screws from the hardware pack (Part G) and the provided Allen wrench to secure the board. Repeat for all six shelf boards, working from bottom to top or top to bottom, ensuring each board is firmly seated and screwed in.

Step 3: Install X-Shaped Support Rods

Attach the X-shaped support rods (Part D) to the back of the assembled bookshelf using the provided screws. These rods enhance the stability and rigidity of the unit.

Step 4: Install Anti-Tipping Kit

Once the bookshelf is fully assembled, position it in its desired location. Use the anti-tipping kit (Part F) to secure the top of the bookshelf to a wall stud. Follow the kit's specific instructions for proper installation. This step is critical for safety.

Step 5: Adjust Leveling Feet

Adjust the leveling feet (Part E) at the bottom of the bookshelf to ensure the unit is stable and does not wobble on uneven floors.

• Loading: Place items on the shelves, distributing weight as evenly as possible. Avoid concentrating heavy items on one side or corner of a shelf.
• Weight Limits: Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 60 lbs (27.2 kg) per shelf. Overloading can cause damage to the bookshelf and pose a safety risk.
• Environment: Use the bookshelf indoors in a dry environment. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, or high humidity, which can affect the material integrity.
