3. Setup and First Use

3.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging port on the case and plug the other end into a USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, computer USB port). The LED display on the charging case will indicate the charging status.

3.2 One-Step Pairing

1. Ensure the earbuds are charged.
2. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth.
4. Search for "Q63-6" in the list of available Bluetooth devices and select it to connect.
5. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation tone, and the earbuds will be ready for use.

After the initial pairing, the earbuds will automatically connect to the last paired device when removed from the charging case, provided Bluetooth is enabled on your device.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Wearing the Earbuds

The Q63-6 earbuds feature an ear-hook design for a secure and comfortable fit, especially during physical activities. Gently place the earbud into your ear canal and adjust the ear-hook over your ear until it feels stable and comfortable.

5.2 Cleaning

Regularly clean the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. For the eartips, you can remove them and clean with a mild soap solution, then rinse and dry thoroughly before reattaching.

5.3 Waterproofing (IP7)

The earbuds are IP7 waterproof, meaning they are protected against immersion in water up to 1 meter for up to 30 minutes. This makes them suitable for workouts and use in rainy conditions.
