2. Product Features

4. Setup
- Assemble the Feeder: Place the main unit on a flat, stable surface. Attach the bowl holder to the main unit, then insert the stainless steel bowl into the holder.
- Power Supply:
- AC Power: Connect the USB Type-C cable to the port at the bottom of the feeder and plug the adapter into a wall outlet.
- Battery Backup: For power outage protection or cordless use, install 3 D-size alkaline batteries (not included) into the battery compartment at the bottom of the unit.
- Fill with Food: Open the top lid by sliding the safety lock to the unlocked position and pressing the two pinch grips. Insert the desiccant pack into its designated compartment on the underside of the lid. Pour dry pet food (2-15mm size) into the food tank. Close the lid securely and slide the safety lock to the locked position.
Ensure the lid is securely locked for freshness.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Control Panel Overview
The feeder features a user-friendly control panel with a digital display and several buttons:
- Lock/Unlock Button: Press and hold to unlock the panel for setting.
- Set Button: Used to enter and confirm settings.
- +/- Buttons: Adjust values (time, portions).
- Manual Feed Button: Dispenses a single portion instantly.

5.2 Setting the Current Time
- Press and hold the Lock/Unlock button for 3 seconds until the padlock icon disappears.
- Press and hold the Set button for 3 seconds until the hour digit starts flashing.
- Use the +/- buttons to adjust the hour. Press Set to confirm.
- The minute digit will flash. Use the +/- buttons to adjust the minutes. Press Set to confirm.
- The AM/PM indicator will flash. Use the +/- buttons to select AM or PM. Press Set to confirm and exit time setting.
5.3 Programming Meal Plans
The feeder supports up to 6 meal times per day.
- Ensure the control panel is unlocked (no padlock icon). If locked, press and hold the Lock/Unlock button for 3 seconds.
- Press the Set button once to enter Meal 1 setting. The meal number (e.g., '1') and hour digit will flash.
- Use the +/- buttons to set the desired feeding hour. Press Set to confirm.
