4. Setup

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the soup kettle from its packaging. Retain the packaging for future storage or transport.
2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, clean all parts that will come into contact with food. Wash the stainless steel soup container and lid with warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely. Wipe the exterior casing with a damp cloth.
3. Placement: Place the appliance on a stable, level, and dry surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit and that it is not near any heat sources or water.
4. Fill Water Tank: Remove the stainless steel soup container. Fill the outer water tank with approximately 1.5 liters of clean water, up to the maximum fill line. This water is for the Bain-Marie heating system. Do not overfill.
5. Insert Soup Container: Place the empty or filled stainless steel soup container back into the water tank.
6. Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a suitable grounded electrical outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

1. Power On: After connecting to power, the digital display will illuminate.
2. Set Temperature: Use the control panel to set the desired temperature. The temperature can be adjusted between +35°C and +85°C in 1°C increments. The last set temperature is saved and will be selected automatically upon reactivation.
3. Monitor Display: The digital display shows the operating time, the set temperature, and the actual temperature of the water in the Bain-Marie tank.
4. Add Food: Once the water reaches the desired temperature, add your pre-cooked soup or other food item to the stainless steel container.
5. Lid Usage: Place the tempered glass lid on the container. The two-part lid design helps maintain temperature and hygiene. Use the integrated card holder to label the contents for easy identification.
6. Warming Function: The Bain-Marie heating system gently warms and holds food at the set temperature, reducing the risk of overheating or burning. Note: This appliance is for keeping food warm only; it is not suitable for cooking raw ingredients.
7. Power Off: To turn off the appliance, unplug it from the power outlet.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning
