3. Initial Setup

3.1 Charging the Tablet

Before first use, fully charge the tablet using the provided charger and Type-C cable. The charging port is located on the side of the device. A full charge ensures optimal battery performance.

3.2 Powering On/Off

• To Power On: Press and hold the power button until the MEBERRY logo appears on the screen.
• To Power Off: Press and hold the power button, then select "Power off" from the options that appear.
• To Restart: Press and hold the power button, then select "Restart" from the options.

3.3 Initial Configuration

Upon first power-on, follow the on-screen prompts to configure your tablet:

1. Select your preferred language.
2. Connect to a Wi-Fi network.

3.4 Inserting a MicroSD Card

The tablet supports up to 1TB MicroSD card expansion. Locate the card slot on the side of the tablet, gently insert the MicroSD card with the gold contacts facing down until it clicks into place.

3.5 Connecting Accessories (Keyboard and Mouse)

Your MEBERRY M8 tablet comes with a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse. To connect them:

1. Ensure the keyboard and mouse are charged and powered on.
2. On your tablet, go to Settings > Connected devices > Bluetooth.
3. Turn on Bluetooth and scan for available devices.
4. Select the keyboard and mouse from the list to pair them. Follow any on-screen prompts.

4. Operating the Tablet

4.1 Basic Navigation

The MEBERRY M8 tablet uses a touch screen for navigation:

• Tap: Select an item or open an app.

2. Switch between front and rear cameras using the icon on the screen.

4.4 Display Settings

The 12-inch 2K display (2000x1200 pixels) offers a clear visual experience. You can adjust display settings:

• Go to Settings > Display.

4.5 Storage Management

The tablet comes with 128GB of internal storage and supports up to 1TB MicroSD card expansion. To manage storage:

• Go to Settings > Storage to view storage usage.
• Move files to the MicroSD card to free up internal space.
• Uninstall unused applications.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning the Tablet

• Tablet not turning on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the charger and try again.
