Setup

Charging the Portable Charger

Before first use, fully charge your VRURC Portable Charger. There are two methods to recharge the power bank:

1. Via Built-in USB Type-C Cable: Connect the built-in USB Type-C cable to a compatible 18W QC/PD 3.0 power adapter. This method allows for a full recharge in approximately 2.5 hours.
2. Via Built-in USB Type-A Cable: Connect the built-in USB Type-A cable to a standard USB power source. This method will fully recharge the power bank in approximately 6 hours.

The LED digital display will show the charging progress, indicating 100% when fully charged.

Operating Instructions

Charging Your Devices

The VRURC Portable Charger offers multiple ways to charge your electronic devices:

• Using Built-in Cables:
  • USB-C Cable: Pull out the built-in USB-C cable and connect it to your USB-C compatible device (e.g., iPhone 15/16, Samsung Galaxy S series, Android tablets).
  • Apple/Lightning Cable: Pull out the built-in Apple/Lightning cable and connect it to your Apple devices (e.g., iPhone 8-14 series, older iPads, AirPods).
  • Micro USB Cable: Pull out the built-in Micro USB cable and connect it to devices requiring a Micro USB connection.
• Using USB Ports:
  • USB-C Output Port: Use your own USB-C to USB-C cable to connect to the power bank's USB-C output port for fast charging compatible devices.
  • USB-A Output Port: Use your own USB-A cable to connect to the power bank's USB-A output port for charging various devices.

The power bank can charge up to 4 devices simultaneously using a combination of its built-in cables and output ports.

Checking Battery Level

Press the power button located on the side of the portable charger. The LED digital display will illuminate, showing the remaining battery percentage from 0% to 100%.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the surface of the portable charger. Do not use liquid cleaners or aerosols.
• Storage: Store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Avoid high humidity.
• Battery Care: To prolong battery life, fully charge the power bank at least once every three months if not in regular use.
• Avoid Drops: Protect the device from drops and impacts, which can damage internal components.

Troubleshooting

• Device not charging:
  • Ensure the portable charger has sufficient power (check LED display).
  • Verify that the built-in cable or external cable is securely connected to both the power bank and your device.
  • Try a different cable or port to rule out a faulty connection.
• Slow charging:
  • Ensure your device supports fast charging and that you are using a compatible cable/port.
  • Charging multiple devices simultaneously may reduce individual charging speeds.
  • Check if the power bank itself is fully charged.
• LED display not working:
  • Press the power button firmly.
  • If the device is completely drained, the display may not light up immediately. Charge the power bank for a few minutes and try again.
• Power bank not recharging:
  • Ensure the charging cable is properly connected to a working power source.
  • Try a different power adapter or wall outlet.
  • Verify the built-in USB-A or USB-C input cable is not damaged.
