1. Introduction

2. Product Features

3. Setup and Assembly

3.1 Attaching the Ear Muffs

1. Identify the attachment slots on both sides of the helmet.
2. Align the ear muff attachment arm with the slot.
3. Press firmly until the ear muff clicks securely into place. Ensure both ear muffs are properly attached and can pivot freely.

3.2 Adjusting the Suspension System

1. Place the helmet on your head.
2. Use the ratchet knob at the back of the helmet to tighten or loosen the headband until a snug, comfortable fit is achieved.
3. Adjust the depth of the suspension by repositioning the straps within the helmet liner to ensure the helmet sits correctly on your head.
4. Fasten the chin strap and adjust its length for a secure fit under your chin.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Using the Visors

• The helmet includes both a clear and a tinted visor.
• To deploy a visor, gently pull it down until it covers your eyes.
• To retract a visor, push it upwards until it locks into its stored position within the helmet shell.
• Choose the appropriate visor (clear for general use, tinted for bright conditions) based on your work environment.

4.2 Using the Ear Muffs

• To engage hearing protection, pull the ear muffs down over your ears until they form a seal.
• To disengage, push the ear muffs upwards and back, allowing them to rest against the helmet.
• Ensure a proper seal for effective noise reduction.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

• Clean the helmet shell, visors, and ear muffs with mild soap and warm water.

• Rinse thoroughly with clean water and air dry.

5.2 Inspection

• Before each use, inspect the helmet for any signs of damage, such as cracks, dents, or discoloration.
• Check the suspension system, chin strap, visors, and ear muffs for wear, tear, or damage.

6. Troubleshooting

• Helmet feels loose or uncomfortable: Adjust the ratchet system at the back of the helmet and the suspension straps for a snug fit. Ensure the chin strap is properly secured.
• Visor clarity issues: Clean the visor according to the maintenance instructions. If scratches or damage impair vision, replace the visor.
• Ear muffs not providing adequate seal: Ensure the ear muffs are fully deployed and positioned correctly over the ears. Check for any obstructions or damage to the ear cushions.
• Ear muffs detaching: Re-attach the ear muffs firmly into their slots until they click. If they continue to detach, inspect the attachment points for damage.
