4.3 Torque Setting Adjustment
The drill features a 21+1 torque adjustment clutch. This allows you to select the appropriate torque for your task, preventing damage to screws or materials.
- Rotate the torque adjustment ring located behind the chuck to select a setting from 1 to 21. Lower numbers are for driving small screws or working with soft materials. Higher numbers are for driving larger screws or working with harder materials.
- The drill icon setting (after 21) is for drilling applications, providing maximum torque.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Powering On/Off and Variable Speed
The drill is activated by pressing the variable speed trigger. The speed of the drill is controlled by the amount of pressure applied to the trigger. Pressing lightly results in slower speeds, while pressing fully results in maximum speed.
5.2 Forward/Reverse Switch
The forward/reverse switch is located above the trigger. Push the switch to the left for forward rotation (driving screws, drilling) and to the right for reverse rotation (removing screws). Ensure the switch is in the center position to lock the trigger and prevent accidental starting.
5.3 LED Work Light
The integrated LED light automatically illuminates when the trigger is pressed, providing better visibility in dimly lit work areas.
5.4 Drilling Applications
Select the appropriate drill bit and torque setting for the material you are working with. For drilling, set the torque adjustment ring to the drill icon. Apply steady, even pressure and allow the drill to do the work.
- Drilling Wood: Use wood drill bits. Start with a low speed and increase as needed.
- Drilling Metal: Use HSS twist drill bits. Apply cutting oil to prolong bit life and improve cutting efficiency.
- Drilling Tile/Ceramics: Use specialized ceramic drill bits. It is recommended to use water cooling to prevent overheating and cracking.
5.5 Screw Driving
Select the appropriate screwdriver bit and torque setting. For screw driving, use a lower torque setting (1-21) to prevent over-driving or stripping the screw head. Start slowly and increase speed as the screw engages.
5.6 Using the Flexible Extension Shaft
The flexible extension shaft allows you to reach screws or drilling points in tight or awkward spaces. Simply insert the flexible shaft into the chuck and then attach your desired bit to the end of the flexible shaft. This accessory is particularly useful for corners or confined areas.
