- Wash the bottle, cup lid, and stopper with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly.
- For best temperature retention, pre-heat or pre-cool the bottle:
- For hot beverages: Fill with hot water for 5 minutes, then empty.
- For cold beverages: Fill with cold water or ice for 5 minutes, then empty.
- Fill the bottle with your desired beverage. Do not overfill.
- Securely screw the inner stopper back into place, then screw on the outer cup lid.
