Safety Information

  • Always ensure the cart is fully unfolded and stable before loading.
  • Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 300 kg.
  • Distribute the load evenly on the platform to maintain balance.
  • Use the parking brake when loading, unloading, or when the cart is stationary on an incline.
  • Secure loads using the integrated safety eyelets and appropriate straps to prevent shifting during transport.
  • Wear the provided work gloves for improved grip and hand protection.
  • Be aware of your surroundings and potential obstacles when maneuvering the cart.
  • Keep hands and feet clear of moving parts, especially during folding and unfolding.

Setup

1. Unpacking

Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Verify that all parts listed in the packing list are present and undamaged. Dispose of packaging materials responsibly.

2. Attaching Wheels (if not pre-assembled)

If the wheels are not pre-assembled, attach them according to the diagram. Ensure all bolts are securely tightened. The 360-degree swivel wheels with brakes should typically be installed on the handle side for optimal maneuverability.

3. Unfolding the Cart

  1. Place the folded cart on a flat, stable surface.
  2. Grasp the handle and lift it upwards until it locks into its upright position.
  3. Gently push down on the platform until it fully extends and locks into place. Ensure all locking mechanisms are engaged before use.

Operating Instructions

1. Loading the Cart

  • Ensure the cart is on a level surface and the parking brake is engaged before loading.
  • Place items centrally on the anti-slip loading surface.
  • For heavy or bulky items, use the six safety eyelets to secure the load with straps or bungee cords.
  • Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 300 kg.

2. Maneuvering and Transport

  • Disengage the parking brake before moving the cart.
  • Use the ergonomic, foam-padded handle for comfortable pushing or pulling.
  • The 360-degree swivel wheels allow for easy navigation in tight spaces and around corners.
  • Proceed slowly and cautiously, especially on uneven surfaces or inclines.
  • The all-round edge protection helps prevent damage to walls and obstacles.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe down the cart with a damp cloth after use to remove dirt and debris. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could damage the powder coating or anti-slip surface.
  • Wheel Inspection: Regularly check the wheels for wear and tear. Ensure they rotate freely and that the parking brake mechanism functions correctly.
  • Frame Inspection: Periodically inspect the steel frame for any signs of damage, bends, or loose connections. Tighten any loose bolts. The powder coating provides rust resistance, but inspect for any chips that could expose bare metal.
  • Storage: For long-term storage, clean the cart and fold it into its compact form. Store in a dry place away from extreme temperatures.

Troubleshooting

  • Cart difficult to roll: Check for debris caught in the wheels. Ensure the parking brake is fully disengaged. Verify that the load is not exceeding the maximum capacity or unevenly distributed.
  • Parking brake not engaging: Inspect the brake mechanism for any obstructions or damage. Ensure the wheels are clean.
  • Handle not locking into place: Ensure the handle is fully extended and aligned with the locking points. Check for any obstructions in the locking mechanism.
  • Platform not folding/unfolding smoothly: Check for any obstructions or debris in the folding joints. Apply a small amount of lubricant to moving parts if necessary.
