3. Setup and Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps to assemble your ELYKEN Laundry Cart. No additional tools are required beyond those provided.

3.1. Unpacking and Component Check

Carefully unpack all components and verify against the parts list. If any parts are missing or damaged, please contact customer support.

3.2. Assembly Steps

1. Assemble the Main Frame: Connect the frame pieces as shown in the diagram. Ensure all connections are secure.

2. Attach Support Rods: Secure the horizontal support rods to the frame using the provided screws and tools.

3. Install Wheels: Attach the 4 casters to the base of the frame. Ensure the 2 lockable wheels are positioned for easy access.

4. Attach Liner Bag: Place the removable liner bag over the assembled frame. Ensure the wider end of the bag is aligned with the wider side of the frame. Secure the bag using the integrated Velcro straps and hooks to prevent it from falling off.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Using the Laundry Cart

• Loading: Place dirty laundry into the removable liner bag. The 32" height minimizes bending.
• Moving: Push or pull the cart using the rounded stretched frame. The 360-degree rotating casters allow for easy maneuverability.
• Locking Wheels: To secure the cart in place, press down on the brake levers located on two of the wheels. Lift the levers to unlock.

4.2. Folding for Storage

When not in use, the laundry cart can be easily folded to save space:

1. Empty the liner bag.
2. Release the locking mechanisms on the side of the frame (if applicable, refer to assembly video for details).

5.1. Cleaning the Liner Bag

The removable liner bag is made of high-quality, preshrunk, machine-washable cotton. For best results:

• Remove the bag from the frame.
• Machine wash in cold water with similar colors.
• Tumble dry on low heat or line dry. Avoid high heat to prevent shrinkage.

5.2. Cleaning the Frame

Wipe the metal frame with a damp cloth and mild detergent as needed. Dry thoroughly to prevent rust.

• Liner Bag Slipping: Ensure the upgraded Velcro design is properly secured around the frame. If the bag has been washed, ensure it has not shrunk excessively.
• Wheels Not Rolling Smoothly: Check for any debris or lint caught in the wheel casters. Ensure the wheel locks are disengaged.
• Cart Instability: Verify that all screws and connections made during assembly are tightened securely. Ensure the support rods are correctly installed.
